The biggest change was that, instead of tables of ten with random people, you ate with the people you are traveling with. That removed 90% of the forced talking to strangers for me so it was a win. Overall I would say it was a good experience. Glad the procedure didn't find anything bad at least GM. Hope your feeling better and they sort it soon.
