I was impressed when I actually used this in a session. It made exploration mode way more exciting. The players legitimately do not know what is around the corner.
The box also comes with a convenient way to carry these tiles and many more tiles sets if you wanted to (it has 6 tab dividers inside the box).
The only con in my opinion is that the set is rather basic. All the tiles are of pristine dungeon floors and doors. If you want to add flavor to the dungeon by having rubble or acid on the ground (or similar), then the art from this tile pack will not suffice. Paizo has expansions, though, that do offer this.
