Maybe a kobold-sized key deer subrace (Small, additional -2 Str, +2 Dex)?

that is a very nice idea there that you have. i can actually imagine it right now.

If I were to assign a racial stat penalty to Deerpeople, it would probably go to constitution if you intended the concept to be closer to whitetailed and red deer. Otherwise, I'd probably have to go with charisma out of a lack of other available places to put it that would fit a race equally meant to represent both moose and pudú traits.

ok and now that I think about it. the penalty for the stats could be for sub or variants of the Deerfolk.

Flexible stats = standard Deerfolk [like the Sika Deer in Japan]
-2 Con = Whitetail & Red Deer subraces
-2 Cha = Moose, Elk, Pudu subraces

If you made it a deer for an arcane caster, why the +2 Wis?

Also, maybe some bonuses to Acrobatics/Know (nature)?

For most animal races, I tend to go with Wis for the mental stat. It just seems appropriate (for "cute" animals like rabbits I might go Cha, for reptiles I might go Int). Just my take.

30 RP is way too much.

Cervine
Humanoid 0 rp
Medium 0 rp
+2 Dex, +2 Wis Flexible 2 rp
Common, Sylvan Standard 0 rp
+2 Acrobatics, +2 Perception Skilled x2 4 rp
Jumper always consider to have a running start to jump 2 rp
Sprinter +10 to movement with charge, run, or withdraw actions 1 rp
Antlers 1d6 gore attack 1 rp
Lowlight Vision 1 rp

11 rp total

would Standard work as well for the ability scores? and how about Darkvision (60ft) instead of Lowlight Vision?

Actually for the Racial Heritage feat...Lycanthropes can be chosen as they are a Humanoid. I have carefully read this feat several times and looked at the listing of Humanoids and Lycanthropes like the werewolf can be chosen. Aside from the seven core races, featured races or uncommon races from the Advanced Race Guide; any of the races that actually say 'Humanoid' in their typing can be chosen; like for the werewolf...they are Humanoid with the Human & Shapechanger subtypes so Werewolves can be chosen as a racial heritage if the person wants to choose it.

Here is the link to the listing of Humanoids that can be chosen as the target of the Racial Heritage feat:

the site for this link has all the information from all the books and companions, etc from paizo pathfinder.

can someone tell me if there is a way to allow a half-elf to count as either an Outsider type or a succubus?

Half-Elves count as both Human and Elf and feats are effects for the races so a Half-Elf is able to qualify to the Racial Heritage feat.

But is there some ability that would allow a Half-Elf to count as a succubus?

Is it possible to choose Succubus as the target of the Racial Heritage feat even though it follows the guidelines of the Humanoid type despite not having the Humanoid creature type? or is there something that can be chosen to make it possible to choose the succubus as a target for heritage?
