Leads - My vote goes for RPing the leads.
In general - There weren't that much happening in the game so far, so I'm not exactly sure. The combat seems enough, the NPC also seems good for now.
Not sure what you mean by "DM originality".
Speed - The game is a tad bit slow - I know you want it that way, but still. It's an AP, so with this speed it's going to drag on forever, or get dropped.
Also, one more thing. Pokes the others. Are you alive guys? I feel like it's a 1-on-1 game.

Cinro enters Trunau airily turning his head left and right, looking at people and the town. His trained eye spots a few good places for a street performance. He goes to the Sanctuary at his leisure, enjoying the small town.
Awww. Well, I guess my first purchase will be a shield. I'll adjust tomorrow.
