Since it's $7 to ship a small trade paperback book from Paizo... I imagine it's double that to send a traditional size RPG book (roughly 8x10 size).
Best to plan on really high... at least 2-3 times what you'd pay through Amazon.

Why does it cost $7 to ship a small trade paperback book? Even on Amazon.com this rarely ever costs more than $3.99. And free with $25 or more in purchases. You could ship that Media Mail and save me some money. I don't need it in a hurry.
