As you probably guessed, that's a miss. But, yes, all the boggards seem to be the same type, so you can take that into account in your future actions.

Using personal antithesis; sympathetic vulnerabilities comes into play here with the personal antithesis so if the other boggards are the same type, that's good for me ahaha

Please forgive my struggle, lol -- I'm having trouble visualizing what we're against at this second. Here's my thinking, correct me please:

Where our PCs are currently placed on the roll20 map is the wall you're talking about us being flush with after Lisi's spell, Voomer? Or is the wall the dotted line that marks where the 15 foot wall is?

"Let's count how many headshots I can get today," Catalina chirps, patting her Implement fondly as they approach. "And we should consider sticking together, yes?"

When the canoes land, Catalina will step out of the boats and wait for the others before proceeding.

Catalina reloads her gun and grumbles while she does it, glancing up at the sky as Lisi flies off to scout ahead.

"All this noise definitely gave us away. Let's follow Lisi on the ground so he isn't caught alone," Catalina says, a tinge of worry in her voice as she picks up and oar and gestures with it. "Onward, through the fog?"

If there are no objections, Catalina will push forward in the canoe she's in and keep pace with the other canoe as they roughly follow Lisi ahead. Catalina will look out for a good place to land? Feel free to roll whatever you need to on my behalf, DM.

We just need Lisi's action and I'll resolve the round. Catalina, you hit but didn't crit, so it sounds like the listed damage is correct.

I googled crocodile weaknesses for real crocodiles and...there aren't many for personal antithesis, except they said their eyes are very sensitive, so that is where my personal antithesis flavor is coming from.

"It's nothing special--just a big reptile...don't let it bite you, though!" Catalina calls out, deftly pulling some dried lemon peel out of her bag of esoterica to resonate with her pistol before firing off a shot at the creature.

I'll take my next two actions once I get the breakdown. Pretty sure this is a success but not a crit success based on DCs for stuff around our level.

You can exploit either the creature's mortal weakness or personal antithesis. Your unarmed and weapon Strikes against the creature also become magical if they weren't already.

Catalina hands over the oars to Caiten, shifting in her seat just enough so that the boat doesn't rock too much. "I'll see what I can see," She says, squinting her eyes at the water and where Sulee and Guba seem to be calling their attention to. While she does, the thaumaturge draws her esoterica, mirror, and pistol just to be ready.

Catalina's action is to draw her implements + esoterica & stare at the water. I can't access the website that tells me all the actions just yet (my internet at work is being weird--it isn't blocked though!). I think all Catalina can do is draw her weapons and be ready to try to Exploit Vuln when she sees something--which will be its own round of actions, lol.

All sounds good. With the U.S. election coming up, this will be a distracted time, but I'll try to nudge us along as I have bandwidth.

Just so it's recorded for posterity: Oren, Lisi, Yasami in one boat, Caiten and Catalina in the other. Sulee swimming alongside, Guba being dandled in the water.

Just let me know how you're distributed between the canoes, or I'll decide following Catalina's guideline of having her and Oren in different canoes. Since there's 5 of you (not counting Sulee), it won't be an even split.

Catalina grins back at Yasami, adjusting her heavily-laden belts carrying her pistol, bullets, harrow deck, hand mirror, and various esoterica she thinks might be useful in the upcoming battles.

When Yasami finishes, Catalina adds on to her comrade's motivational speech: "You bring style, grace, and deadly precision to the battle arts. We'll get our boys back and avenge Dario, indeed."

After any further discussion, the towering aasimar pokes at one of the canoes with a foot, testing its buoyancy. "We can split evenly among the boats. Oren and I should be in separate ones to make sure the weight is evenly distributed, since we're the biggest."

"I see quite well in the dark, too." Catalina says, finishing up her nightly setup and settling in next to the fire. "I am antsy and won't be able to fall asleep soon. I can take the first watch and wake Lisi." Catalina sets a kettle next to the fire for some tea, and as the hot water heats up, she takes a look at their surroundings. If one listens closely, they could hear her muttering "Toy boat" over and over to herself, a difficult task with her accent.

Watches are always kinda weird to me - are there set rules on how long watches last, or is it up to us, the players?

If we need to make some adjustments, let's do it, but it looks like this so far:

"If Kyrion has been raised by Belzamog in the way Hezle described..." Catalina grimaces. "I am not willing to put any of us at risk for a red dragon. Everything I know about them suggests that being raised in a dragon cult would only stoke his arrogance to heights we can't imagine."

"The cultists are a threat to the Ekujae too. It might be worth it to petition for their assistance now that the pillars are gone. It could also give us a chance to obtain some boats. The problem is the amount of time we have, I think. You said someone was aware of our conversation with Joran, so I hesitate to give them more time to prepare for us..." Catalina, sitting by the fire, adjusts her legs to avoid them falling asleep and grimaces.

"As you say. Balance. What do the rest of you think?"

Catalina stretches carefully after Yasami patches them up, offering a grateful smile to the swashbuckler. "Thank you, Yasami, as always."

Fully healed, Catalina joins Lisi in looking for signs of passage through the area and hints as to where their enemies may have come from or headed to.

"Ah, I do love a good pair of new boots, but think of breaking them in while we're in the jungle..." She clicks her tongue and chuckles, eyeing Yasami's extended leg with a critical eye. "You probably want a lot of hide. Better to have more than not enough, no?"

"I'm going to snag a tooth to add to my little pouch. Never know when this sort of thing comes in handy," She says, peering at the mouth of the creature to see if it even had teeth.

After possibly extracting a tooth, Catalina kneels down next to the jewels and avoids touching them. "Caiten, Sulee? Maybe you can identify them?"

"Ehh, I believe in you, Oren!" Catalina shouts, trudging forward to the ladder and beginning to climb.

Catalina stands in place, sucking in air through her teeth while she attempts to bury the pain inflicted. Realizing she never conveyed this information, Cat says loudly: "This beast is not hurt much by acid or poison. It's called a 'bida.'"

The thaumaturge then takes her esoterica, mind racing: she knew no major weaknesses, but the creature seemed full of itself, overconfident, and, when it came down to it...a mere peon in this cult. She pulls out a chunk of amethyst, a gem she knew could be use to humble someone (roleplaying the idea of a personal antithesis for flavor). She aims her pistol at the bida, careful not to hit anywhere near Yasami, and fires a shot.

Striking Dueling Pistol: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (20) + 16 = 36 (fatal d10 crit rolls! - her shots are also magic if they weren't before due to Exploit vuln)

Pistol, fatal d10, piercing/bludgeoning, weakness 5 (EV): 3d10 + 2 + 4 ⇒ (10, 4, 9) + 2 + 4 = 29 (also needs to succeed at a fortitude save against my class dc or be stunned 1)

Catalina then reloads her weapon and fires off another shot at the bida, concentrating hard on staying calm and centered in the face of this.

...but her concentration wavers with worry for Yasami, and she curses as her shot misses.
