Sounds like a good plan to me

Maybe they will reward us beyond the good we are already doing with money or future services (like a raise dead and/or restorations)

Berashel is also aware of the unholy mace and will be insisting he will compensate the party for its destruction of the evil weapon. (In this case it is an UNHOLY weapon, and not just any weapon that was scrounged off of a bad guy)

Also that weapon is evil and needs to have something done with it. Berashel will not be ok selling it. Maybe we can ask the wizard in town about how to destroy it or take it to the church, if there is one located in town

Berashel grows somber, "It should be me that digs the grave for him. I owe him that, at least."

Male Aasimar (Angelkin) Paladin of Apsu (Oath of Vengeance) 2/Sorcerer (Gold Dragon Bloodline) 1 Hps 31/31 AC 20 FF 19 T 11 CMD 16 Fort +8, Ref +4, Will +8 Init +1 Per +5

Yeah I agree with Arindale. I'm feeling set right now, but I would like to get some of the casters something nice. So if we need to chip in, I'm for it.

And +2 more if it is a save vs poison!

As he tries the armor on, he first uses Prestidigitation to wash the naughty cooties off the armor as well as any evil symbols. The he will use the spell to put a great dragon resembling Apsu onto the armor. This lasts only one hour, but he will repeat as needed until a more permanent solution arises.

When Arindale asks if they are ready, Berashel grips his greatsword and says, "Ready. These cultists won't know what hit them."

Male Aasimar (Angelkin) Paladin of Apsu (Oath of Vengeance) 2/Sorcerer (Gold Dragon Bloodline) 1 Hps 31/31 AC 20 FF 19 T 11 CMD 16 Fort +8, Ref +4, Will +8 Init +1 Per +5

That would be fine, the regular shield would be sufficient for a backup

Male Aasimar (Angelkin) Paladin of Apsu (Oath of Vengeance) 2/Sorcerer (Gold Dragon Bloodline) 1 Hps 31/31 AC 20 FF 19 T 11 CMD 16 Fort +8, Ref +4, Will +8 Init +1 Per +5

Spellcraft Brown potion 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6

"Braden, I am sorry for your loss. I appreciate sending him in to save my life, and I shall do what I can to repay you for that sacrifice."

Berashel would like the platemail. Also depending on what anyone else wants, thinking about taking the matching shield (Unless the magic shield is available) and mw longsword if available for times where an even better AC may be warranted. Also if the Composite Longbow is available he would like that too.

Male Aasimar (Angelkin) Paladin of Apsu (Oath of Vengeance) 2/Sorcerer (Gold Dragon Bloodline) 1 Hps 31/31 AC 20 FF 19 T 11 CMD 16 Fort +8, Ref +4, Will +8 Init +1 Per +5

Berashel shivers at the dwarves "tough" words

"I'm not sure these elves will back down, but we should give him the chance" Berashel keeps his bow ready with an arrow just in case

Male Aasimar (Angelkin) Paladin of Apsu (Oath of Vengeance) 2/Sorcerer (Gold Dragon Bloodline) 1 Hps 31/31 AC 20 FF 19 T 11 CMD 16 Fort +8, Ref +4, Will +8 Init +1 Per +5

Berashel shoots his bow at the remaining drow, his aim true due the magical graces of Apsu.

Ranged Attack with Longbow+True Strike 1d20 + 2 + 20 ⇒ (4) + 2 + 20 = 26
Damage 1d8 ⇒ 8

Will Save: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13

*Edit Changing the post as in doing the math I was off 1 hp. I was at -8 after the spell hit me, healed for 12 at +4, lay on hands to +5, healed by Ranim to +16 so I am at 0!

Berashel takes the brunt of negative energy, but stays upright Berashel heals himself to stay upright, then launches an attack at the dark elf

Lay on Hands: 1d6 ⇒ 2

Attack with True Strike: 1d20 + 3 + 20 ⇒ (4) + 3 + 20 = 27
Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11

Then he moves back 20' to AH/55

Berashel momentarily passes out before being reawakened again. Havign enough of this creature in the back, Berashel leaves his sword on the ground then heals himself, casts a true strike spell, then pulls out his bow.

Lay on Hands: 1d6 ⇒ 1

HPs 4/31, Prone, true strike until the end of my next turn.

Berashel gets some healing from Arindale after taking a wound, felling great and ready to attack the guard nearby. Unfortunately Arindale pounces in front of him before getting the chance. So instead he moves towards the large group in back healing himself as he moves.

Lay on Hands: 1d6 ⇒ 5

I think I can get to AC/52 with a double move

Male Aasimar (Angelkin) Paladin of Apsu (Oath of Vengeance) 2/Sorcerer (Gold Dragon Bloodline) 1 Hps 31/31 AC 20 FF 19 T 11 CMD 16 Fort +8, Ref +4, Will +8 Init +1 Per +5

About time and doing large battles, they do take up a lot of time. I have in the past had extra time at work to do that which has largely dried up, but I usually keep a notepad open with all the attacks in it so I can cut and paste round by round. Still takes a lot of time, but can make it go quicker.

Male Aasimar (Angelkin) Paladin of Apsu (Oath of Vengeance) 2/Sorcerer (Gold Dragon Bloodline) 1 Hps 31/31 AC 20 FF 19 T 11 CMD 16 Fort +8, Ref +4, Will +8 Init +1 Per +5

Berashel returns the attack back to the one that hit him.

Power Attack with mw Greatsword+Prone+Inspire 1d20 + 6 - 1 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 6 - 1 + 4 + 1 = 16
Damage 2d6 + 6 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (6, 6) + 6 + 3 + 1 = 22

Berashel will attack the sergeant if he visibly looks more important, otherwise he would retaliate against the one who hit him

Power Attack with mw Greatsword and Inspire: 1d20 + 6 - 1 ⇒ (16) + 6 - 1 = 21
Damage: 2d6 + 6 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (6, 5) + 6 + 3 + 2 = 22
Lay on Hands: 1d6 ⇒ 5

If the target of the attack fails Berashel will move 5' into that square

OK, makes sense!

Berashel's first instinct is to ignore the lesser bugbears and instead go after the largest one. But seeing the state of Tybek and one other already in he midst of the others he decides to even the numbers up first. He takes a step to closer to the leader before he swings his sword at the bugbear, but he doesn't pay enough attention to his attack and his swing misses.

He yells out to the bugbear leader, not caring if he can understand him or not, "You there, your time of terror has ended!" Berashel will then designate him for his smite attack as long as he detects as evil.
