The Bestiary Pawn Box has been announced for November 2019.

I can't seem to find the entry for the Bestiary Pawn Box. Hoping that it doesn't mean I'll miss the chance to pre-order it.

I understand there are a multitude of ways they could do the Adventure Path Pawn Collections, but each is fraught with its own difficulties.
1. Release after the completed Path is out. Problem: It is unavailable for use during the run of the AP being printed.
2. Release before the completed Path is out. Problem: Art assets for the and/or story elements of the completed AP may not be finished and ironed out just yet. Also, if art assets are completed, then there might be concern about story elements of the AP being forecast before release.
3. Release as the AP is run (issue by issue). Problem: Shipping and/or printing costs will likely prevent this approach being profitable or even monetarily feasible.

Militant goblin Champions who leave entire villages in ruins.

Ruiners are my favorite, because in my home-brew they are mostly Goblins.

As a result, my PCs have coined the following terms for other Champions.
LN = Lawkeepers
LE = Enslavers
NE = Corruptors
CE = Ruiners

In my home-brew setting, I've lauded to a CN Champion called The Defiant.

Had you considered going Warpriest? Haven't had a chance to get too deep into the ACG yet... but one of my friends practically swears by the class.

You get almost as many bonus feats as the Fighter, some spell-casting similar to the Cleric, it seems to me that it allows you to quickly and cleanly pick up most of the necessary capabilities for effective Sword & Boarding.

Just my thoughts, but use the class's Focus Weapon ability to pick up Weapon Focus (Shield), use Bonus Feats to pick any Shield oriented feats you feel are necessary. By taking Weapon Focus (Shield) you can use your Sacred Weapon ability to increase its damage, and depending on your deity still have your weapon affected by it. To maximize your combat capability consider the Protection and Strength Blessings.

Not an expert, but this is just my thoughts off-hand.

Read over the Rend ability in the Beastiary. It's under Universal Monster Rules. It specifies that the extra damage from Rend can NOT be triggered more than once per round. The same goes for Humanoid versions achieved through Two-Weapon Rend and Rending Claws.

However, you can increase the Rend damage and probability with the Rending Fury line of feats.

I get the idea that rend is meant to represent that some creatures have the power to quite literally tear chunks out of people.

Ultimately I suggest talking to your GM about it, and letting him know what you're hoping to achieve.

Just remember (as I like to warn my PC's) that any ruling that creates an exploit the players can use, will like-wise create an exploit that NPC's can use against them. So your Hydra Eidolon that rends every time it lands 2 (or a multiple there of) bites is fine. But that means that nearly every creature in the world with a rend ability can potentially do the same thing.

IMHO if Two-Weapon Rend works for the Rending Fury line of feats then the same holds true for Rending Claws.

While we may have 3 (soon to be 4) Beastiaries there is no reason that any character can't take a feat that they qualify for.

In addition they printed the Rending Fury line of feats in UC. Two-Weapon Rend came out in CRB and Rending Claws was in the APG. To boot there's the collected Feat Index on the PRD. Stop complaining about how they arrange things as they come out, and start being a little more proactive in looking for the material yourself.

In addition, your GM has the ability to make his own rulings and decisions. Paizo can't be expected to think of everything that can/might happen, or player may/do want to do. RPG's are ultimately limited only by your imagination.

My personal solution as a GM was to rule that all "Rend" Feats (i.e. Two-Weapon Rend, Rending Claws etc.) qualify as a Rend Special Attack. Seeing as it effectively reproduces the effect of the Rend Special Ability in the Beastiary.

I made this ruling in favor of a Player's Shapeshifter Ranger that had narrowly overcome a case of lycanthropy in his youth. He wanted to make a character that just dove into fights and started ripping people open...

Keep in mind that anything you ask your GM to allow you to pull, you're also allowing him to throw right back at you.
