Thanks Diego. I see the order pending now with 3 items being moved to my sidecart. However, it's still showing "not yet shipped" and "product(s) not in stock". Not surprised by the "not yet shipped", just want to make sure that the "product(s) not in stock" part isn't going to delay things further.

My monthly subscription has been pending since 08/13/15. I suspect this is being caused by some of the items that were in my sidecart at the my subscription order generated. Is there any way to have the items delaying my order moved back into my sidecart so that the rest can ship?

I've run the first floor of Emerald Spire half a dozen times at this point and it's never taken longer than 2.5 - 3 hours. Scenario wise Horn of Aroden, Goblinblood Dead, and most things from season 0-1 are the first things that come to mind.
