Hey Paizo folks, I've had an open forum ticket since Nov 9th with no updates from CS. I've also sent an email to CS about the issue. I understand the backlog you guys are facing, but I also see tons of more recent issues/posts that are being addressed and completed. Did my ticket/issue get skipped, are tickets not being addressed in a oldest to newest order?

In Order 36253606 I received 2 copies of [Pathfinder Adventure Path #161: Belly of the Black Whale] instead of my copy of [Starfinder Adventure Path #34: We’re No Heroes]

The first shipment item contained the following items:
Pathfinder Beginner Box
Pathfinder Adventure Path #161: Belly of the Black Whale (Agents of Edgewatch 5 of 6)

The second shipment item [incorrectly] contained:
Pathfinder Adventure Path #161: Belly of the Black Whale (Agents of Edgewatch 5 of 6)
This item should have instead been the [Starfinder Adventure Path #34: We’re No Heroes] as noted in the order details.

So I was trying to rebuild the starter characters using the full game rules and it looks like some of them are not legal, the envoy for example has deadly aim, but doesn’t have the required BAB1 to select it, is that a typo or is it just because they are special characters?

Order 22906190
I have an order from July 16, that has been stuck in a pending state. I have never received a copy of my Agents of Edgewatch 1 of 6.

I also sent an email about this issue on 8/28 but I have not heard anything back in email as of yet.

Specifically this is mentioned.

If you retrieve a two-handed item with only one hand, you still need to change your grip before you can wield or use it.

So it's probably a good idea when you retrieve your weapon to use both hands.

I was just being sarcastic due to the rule that grasping a 2hander with your offhand cost an action.

By that same logic, you draw the sword from the scabbard with your main hand then you have to grasp it with your off hand to make a proper 2handed grip.

Table 6-2 on page 273 lists all this.
Change your grip by removing a hand from an item [Hands 2] Release
Change your grip by adding a hand to an item [Hands 2] Interact

I don't know... I think it's easier to just follow RAW as written rather than cause arguments at the table. If it doesn't say it in the book, it doesn't require it. At the point they decide to include that extra bit of information. I'll change how I use it. Until that point though, it easier to just go with the RAW.

I get the whole switching out "theme" to make NPC's.. That or take NPC's from the AP's is what I'll most likely do, but it would be nice to see a generic stat block for Common Human NPC's that you'd find in a city.. Guards, thugs, bandits, Militia etc.

It is listed on right side of the book like all the others. Sorcerer for example lists :
"Trained in Spell attack rolls of your spellcasting tradition, as indicated by your bloodline. Trained in spell DC's of your spellcasting tradition as indicated by your bloodline."

So they start as trained just like druids.

Hey guys, do you all think we'll get any official one shots in time for October for Halloween/Horror themed sessions?

Thanks Hammerjack for the clarification.

Was this ever FAQ'd by the Dev team? The whole hovering thing is still a big confusing. The drone I get hovering is a move action just like flying.. but once it is stationary and hovering, does it continue to be a move action each round, that's kinda like saying a regular drone needs to be told to stand up each round or it falls prone. I would think to go into hover is a move, but it's limited AI could maintain that position until it's directed to do something else.
