They may be harsh, but from my past dealings, I've seen them to be fair. Worst case, they keep them prisoner until they're tried for other crimes, though I canna think of any crimes this lot may have committed.

A'course. It could na just be Orcs, or undead, or demons or some such, we get some lovely mix of the three. Signafier, has anyone had an actual contact with these beasties? Or are the divination the only information about this new threat?
