So, looking things over, I realized I didn't quite answer these questions to my satisfaction. Thus: more rambling!

How would you describe your character?

I would describe Alina as well-meaning, but a little naive; she has strong principles. She wants to help. She wants to make her homeland a better place. She is still learning how to do this -- and, importantly, learning the limits of her power.

She's also smart, but... she can be a little full of herself. The ignorance of youth is a thing, even for someone pretty intelligent.

How would your character describe themselves? (Remember these two things can be very different).

Alina would describe herself as having strong convictions -- and being quite capable of handling herself. She might, if she is being honest, admit to being a little inexperienced in the ways of the world as a whole.

I like the look of all the characters here! I think we have some interesting personalities, and I think it'll make for an exciting campaign.

And I like the idea of Alina meeting Renvil in her parent's library; she could have recommended a few books to him. Ditto running a few messages for Henry! She was a reliable courier.

Hi! I'm your Magus who's not a native of Kintargo... but may as well have been. Alina's parents cavorted with demons, and were exiled; afterward, they opened a library in Kintargo. Alina, however, didn't much like their beliefs as she grew up. She's sympathized with the rebels for a time now.

She might know characters -- I'm fine if she met them in a previous little jaunt, and she ran messages for people. She also could have met them in a tavern. Her parents also own a library; she may have met them there.

Alina is a confident, black-haired young human of eighteen. She's a little short, and she wears lamellar armor dyed red with black lining most of the time. She has a long sword.

She debates on names for it, sometimes. In the future, she'll be a Blackblade -- IE, when she hits level 3.
