Question, Rando. What are the rules regarding weapons aboard a civilian ship and/or fleet-wide. Are we allowed/expected to carry sidearms or no?

It's up to the captain of each vessel, for the most part. Here, I'll say small arms and melee weapons are allowed, but rifles in public are frowned on.

Minus the longarms and (obvious) explosives. The Fleet is comprised of catastrophe survivors. The Diasporum military, who double as police, have neither the will nor indeed the ability to enforce strict weapons laws, but individual ships will vary.

Can you elaborate on what the goal was here? Is this another Trick attempt? If so you still get the attack even if you failed the Trick (or suspect you failed). If you hit, you just do the normal damage in that case.

Clever Feint (I forgot to place it in the die roll, posting on the run) causes the target to be flat-footed to the Envoy, James.
If the Bluff succeeds, the target is flat footed to everyone! I'm debuffing the leader so everyone get the benefit, not just James.

Sure. I'd ask you to blow a Resolve for the opportunity, but Resolve will renew soon anyway. Give it a shot. I'll allow Bluff or Diplomacy depending on how you phrase it. DC 15 for either (since the person in question is considered "Friendly").
That said, a Bluff will probably put a strain on the friendship, kind of burning a bridge.

Navigation is a Piloting subskill. The DC for this trip will be 15; the location of the planet and satellite are public information. Additionally, Garlus can assist you in your coordinates.

Customarily, if there's a station in orbit and no one on land is hailing you, you'd make contact with the station for landing permission/instructions.

I'm always s bit challenged with Starfinder as there is an official designated leader... the Captain.
So I'm always like... do I take the obvious action, am I being insubordinate, what is they had another course of action, etc...
In this case, I'm assuming the pilot also hails others. No designated communications officer.
