A bit about me. I've been playing PF1 in a home game for ~3.5 years. I'm pretty new to play-by-post games, but have some experience on our sites. I've played the first act of the Kingmaker PC game several times, but have never completed it. I'm certain I can avoid using that meta-knowledge in this game.

I won't be able to finished my character before the deadline, so it'll have to be what is there.

I got all the mechanics down, and a chunk of the backstory, just not all the fluff for my submission, like motives and goals.

Calling Volus complete. Since the deadline is extended, I'll probably do very minor updates to the backstory tomorrow.

Not that it matters much but Brand the Bold will be using his claws and grappling more than using a spear. The spear is just flavor.

Draconic bloodline so claws or cestus. Plan to go dragon disciple and grapple everything later. Lots of base str plus rage plus enlarge.

I was once tempted to do a dragonblood chemyst in a similar vein. Not for Kingmaker, alas, but it's an interesting/fun style to play.

I really like that build. Dragon Disciple is one of the prestige classes I’ve always wanted to make a character around but just haven’t had the chance. If we are both chosen then I look forward to seeing how the grappling works out.

I also like Dragon Disciple as a more martial class. More of a purist in qualifying for it.
