Tish wounds the crocodile. Lamm doesn't react to theorder for obvious reasons. The croc and Yagrin don't though. The croc turns around and bites at Tish (5 foot, no aoo). Yagrin waves his wand in sheer panic, but still nothing happens.

"Move out of the way!" Ernhild shouts back to the much frailer elf. "If it eats you, I can't heal you!"
The crocodile may be about to learn the hard way what it feels like to get its tail crushed under a warhammer swung at full force.

@Foxy, so Lamm is stunned, but not blinded... 5+ HD! Stunned means he drops anything he's holding, is at a -2 to AC and no dex... Briggi, if we coordinate, I shoot him and step back, and you can step through and smack him...
Narciso shoots the stunned Lamm at point blank range, and then steps back to exchange places with Briggi. Then he immediately respans his crossbow.
standard action -shoot lamm

@Foxy, I think that croc bite damage is 1d8+4, not 18+4. Also, that would trigger a grab if it hits; ie you need a CMB check to grapple for the crock as well...

Oh thank God. I was prepared to be one shot.
Nice Beasty, don’t you want some nice dwarf? I’m not nearly as tasty,
After just barely dodging out of the Crocodile’s grasp, Tisha takes the suggestion and withdraws away from the Crocodile.
Standard action withdraw. Move 30 feet. If the Crock wants to bite me it has to draw an AoO from Ernhild and myself.
Foxy Quickpaw
The croc isn't feeling well and sinks under the surface. Yagrin also doesn't feel well and acts strange in what can only be described as a panic dance, that ends in throwing himself to the floor begging for mercy. Lamm is frozen in place.

With the croc no longer dangerous, Ernhild strides towards Yagrin and Lamm. "I have a pair of manacles in my backpack," she casually informs Briggi. Double Move
Narciso the Sorcerer
@Foxy, Yargin actually has 5 more damage on him than that - Briggi did an extra +3 from ST, and I pinked him his a crossbow bolt before.
Is he still conscious?
Also, if Lamm has 5 or more HD, he's not stunned any more; has he recovered?
"We're not here to take Lamm prisoner, " is Narciso's reply to Ernhild. He continues "Get him, that spell won't hold him for long!"
Actions held until I know if Yargin is still up and what Lamm is doing

While they are being actively manacled/tied up, Tisha does not stab them. but if they are in any way aggressive or try to move away she just stabs them right there and then.

@Briggi, I doubt he's dealt with just yet... Might want to get a hit of your own in...
Foxy Quickpaw
Ernhild breaks some ribs of the old man, leaving him staggered and Tish takes him down. The kick from Briggi's boots gives Lamm the rest.
Combat over
With the combat over and only the sound of the river splashing below left, you hear from somewhere outside in the distance a bell from a belltower ringing frantically.
Tisha Nerifaren
Disarm him and take his stick he was pointing around... Tisha points at Yagrin as she begins to go through Gaedren’s pockets and pulling every weapon out of reach from Yagrin.
Her immediate concern is to make sure there is no more weapons in reach during an interrogation, but she will also share anything interesting she finds.
Narciso the Sorcerer
Narciso contributes to searching Yagrin and Lamm with a detect magic cantrip...
What do we find?
As he does, he asks Briggi "Is that belltower ringing some sort of a code used by the watch?"
Foxy Quickpaw
The bells are rung in case of emergencies the public needs to be aware of. Which could be a house being on fire or an army approaching city walls. Just from the bell you can't tell what it is.
Lamm is wearing (+1) padded armor, has a (+1) dagger, a mwk hand crossbow with 7 bolts, a brass key and a rusty iron key.
Yagrin wears leather armor, has a dagger, a light crossbow with 10 bolts, a brass key, an iron key, a wand of acid splash (23 charges), a thunderstone and is wearing a garnet amulet (worth 100 gp).

Ernhild checks for Lamm's breathing. If he's still alive, she stabilizes him, and shackles his hands behind his back. Heal: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12
The broken rib makes it a tad more difficult than what she had anticipated. Heal: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11
Heal: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10
She more or less gives up after the third try. It'd take magic to fix.
"Let's leave quickly once I've patched them up," she says. Channel Energy, then run away?
Tisha Nerifaren
Don’t you want to interrogate this one first to make sure we have all of the organization?
But I’m telling you right now, I’m not leaving without looking for what’s left of my gold.
Narciso the Sorcerer
"First, I agree with Tisha, Lamm would have a stash somewhere here... As for a second matter, as a public service, we should bait the crocodile to the surface and finish it. It's a man-eater; Lamm used it to dispose of people. Given he won't be feeding it any more, it'll go looking for food... But it won't come back immediately, after the beating you guys gave it. So let's search this place carefully while we wait. "

"If there is an emergancy happening, I need to get back to the barracks and report for duty.
"There is an emergency happening," Ernhild straightens up. "We killed the man, and something's coming."

Just to be clear we are looting him before he goes thin the water.

This foul-smelling room seems to be a combination bedroom and study. A wooden bed with a lumpy mattress stands against the east wall, while a round table heaped with dirty plates, bread crusts, stained goblets, fruit rinds, and scuttling cockroaches sits nearby. At the foot of the bed sits a large strongbox; a slightly rusted lock secures it and a moldy ledger with pages rippled from moisture sits atop its lid. A sagging dresser filled with moth-eaten clothes well past their glory days is in one corner. What appears to be a wooden hatbox surrounded by a small cloud of flies sits atop this dresser.
The brass key fits the lock in the door. The rusted key opens the strongbox.
a narrow teak cigar case inlaid with tiny bits of jade (worth 25 gp),
a 2-pound gold ingot bearing the Cheliax coat of arms (worth 100 gp),
a miniature gold crown (worth 350 gp),
a fist-sized scrimshaw carving of a kraken with garnets for eyes (worth 200 gp),
a silver ring bearing the inscription “For Emmah—the light in my nights” (worth 150 gp),
a highly realistic and highly scandalous ivory figurine of two entwined succubi (worth 450 gp),
a masterwork shuriken,
an adamantine arrowhead,
a masterwork dagger with a strange blade shaped almost like a key bearing the inscription: “For an inspiration of a father” (worth 750 gp) (Knowledge(history or local) for more),
an abalone-shell holy symbol of Shelyn (worth 300 gp),
a glass tube containing a dose of oil of keen edge,
an obsidian wand of magic missile (23 charges),
a crystalline vial (itself worth 50 gp) containing a dose of silversheen,
and a bejeweled brooch with a broken clasp.
Even to an untrained eye, this brooch is obviously the most valuable object in the entire collection. The circular gold brooch depicts a house drake and an imp coiled around each other in an almost yin-yang pattern. The pseudodragon’s eye is an amethyst, while the imp’s eye is
an emerald. The brooch itself is worth 2,000 gp Know(Nobility for more)

"How do you know something is coming?"
"The gnome got away, and this sounds a little too desperate to be a changing of the guard. Someone just rang an alarm," she inspects the ring closer to read the inscription. "I expect this is all stuff stolen from Lamm's victims."
She pockets the harrow deck. "Let's take what we can and leave."
Foxy Quickpaw
The ledger contains listed information, but it is written in some sort of code. (Speaking Varision and Linguistics DC15 to decipher it)
The hatbox contains something shocking—Zellara’s severed head, poorly preserved and decorated with unsightly makeup in a crude attempt to give her dead flesh the semblance of life.

She seems genuinely disturbed by the implications.

Tisha looks up as she finishes sweeping all the loot into her bag. If nobody else has it she also takes the log book with the intent of translating it.
I don’t know, a mother who refuses to move on until her son is avenged?
It sounds more like she wanted to save the other mothers her pain, rather than anything vengeful. Maybe after you two finish dealing with him She points at Yagrin we should visit her home again and let her know what happened. It might give the spirit some peace.
