Zsofia catches the goatman off guard with her feint making it flat footed. She makes two grievous wounds upon the creature, 59 damage. Jorrast waits delaying his action waiting for a wand to be handed to him. Quince moves off away from the group trying to get into a flanking position and the guisarme comes down towards him.
The bonus of flanking allows others to use sneak attack or precise damage to a foe if flanking. Also there is a static +2 bonus when attacking a foe and it is flanked.
The goat roars out in anger and begins to fall, blood pouring out the wounds from Zsofia far more than others. Vandomir rushes in on the scene. Xandarian pierces his rapier into where he thinks the heart would reside.
The vipers, worms, and insects swarm again. On your turn Fort DC 18 or nauseated and 2d6 damage. DR does stop this damage. Every round Fort DC 12 or 1 con damage.
Alice, what is the range of that hex/spell/chant?, she infuses her spirit magic and aims to protect ZSofia next. Ulricha... Markus's felling smash does indeed work on the creature, tripping it even more, then the rain of attacks come from those who are around the demon and it is summarily cut into pieces.
You are sure that the demon is dead. Literally chunks of meat are left of the demon besides the torrent of blood that likely covers those in melee with it. Now to mop up with a swarm hanging out with you.

I had not acted yet this round. Acting now might mean that I am lower in the init than before but that's cool.
Quince backs away from the worms nearby pulls forth his wand and aims it in the distance. In an instant a red line of fire springs forth burning into the worms on the far end of the field.
Red Line is the wall. Orange arrow is the direction of the heat.
Within 10 feet: 2d4 ⇒ (3, 1) = 4

An upset voice blusters out from behind the group, "Roci not again!!!" The hippogriff finds an invisible man as large as itself behind her. He is just against the feathered creature but if it tries to move back Roci quickly finds that those muscles are as strong as a stone wall.

Alice withdraws from the area, likely bumping into Jorne for a moment.
Round 22
Szofia finds herself dimensionally transported out of incoming harms way, appearing next to Alice, who has a slight cheerful smirk on her face.
She used the local teleportation hex, transporting an ally within 30ft to another square within 30ft of my sight.

Jorrast moves a little bit away from the wall of fire and looks down on the other swarms. "Worms! All swarms are disgusting, but worms? I guess that better than wasps though."

Just for reference it is a 5 foot wide tunnel with a 10 foot wide creature squeezed into it. Well two of them. So there is no possible way to easily get past them unless you are small or smaller and going between their legs. But I digress. Or you use teleporation to get behind them... which easily is within Alice's wheelhouse!
Quince burns a part of a swarm as it moves towards him. Alice moves ZSofia again to the back of the group. Most of the group retreats with a swarm on its way.

How high is the ceiling in the large hall, and how tall is the swarm? I want to fly over the swarm near the group and send an acid splash at it to distract it. Won't really damage it but might distract it. ??

The ceiling is like 20 feet up, plenty of space. The swarms are of worms and snakes mostly so a few inches off the floor.
Quince how many more burning hands do you have?
Jorrast flies over and hits the swarm with acid splashes.
The rest of the group hides in the tunnel like rats.
Alice uses her teleporting hex to move the group around as needed.

Jorne retreats back until there is a side tunnel where he takes it hoping the others will keep moving. This is like 150 feet back. Does the group keep moving back?

As movement begins in the tunnel to back up the group quickly follows. The swarm follows it is 20 feet from the last person in the tunnel. Do you say anything? Do you continue retreating?
From what i could see on the battlemap in round 22, Alice would have moved east.
But if it makes things easier on your part, Alice will eat that swarm damage, fort saves are fairly well doable.

Alice, so you wish to go East through the fire wall or over it maybe?
Here I am assuming since you are not talking to each other: You keep urging the one in front of you back into the tunnel away from the swarms, warning them that they are still coming. Soon the whole group in the tunnel gets past Jorne.
Jorne steps back into the tunnel and throws a flask of acid... *Splash*
Next round he lets the bugs have an alchemist fire.
Next round as the remnants of the swarm crawl over him he throws another alchemist fire at his feet.
He continues to do that until they are all dead. 25 hp

Allright, I cover our rear, I have a cunning plan to get out of dodge. Should I need to.
Lets regroup, and take stock. Enemy is on alert, but maybe we can try something else.

I should have f!%$ing learned burning hands, but I was in the Abyss, half of the foes there are fire resistant, and the bigger half has spell resistance, which I am ill equipped to overcome.
The large man growls.

Jorrast moves up to Quince. "Do you have a wand of fireballs that I could borrow? I'm not a wizard so they don't always work. But I think I could have handled those swarms from above if I'd had that one."
UMD is +14 so he does have a good chance to activate it.

Jorne calls to his allies with hushed tones, in the tunnel, "The swarm has been dealt with begin returning." He takes the lead back to Quince and Jorrast.
He walks in and looks at Quince. In a mock astonished voice he states, "What would Elizabeth say?!" He is remaining visible for the moment. He walks up and lightly slugs Quince's shoulder. With a bit of sheepishness he states, "It seems those hounds did a doozy on me. I was running down those tunnels for what feels like minutes. Well I am back now. Do you want me to scout ahead or leave that to the merry band?"
He gives a nod to Jorrast and Xandarian. Then he offers with a friendly smile, "Thanks for protecting Quince!" Then with a sly inflection he asks, "Or was he protecting you?!" The smiles disarm any thought of harm coming from the words.
"Oh how long is that wall going to stay up?" He asks realizing that the spell could end any moment.
