Eveleth, because this is essentially a slow-motion convention, there's a chance that a player or GM will get something special--e.g. an option to create a character of a normally-prohibited race. GMs also get something for running; last time I ran a game for one of these, I got a lashunta race boon.

If I read (and followed) the instructions from GM Bigrin correctly, once I report via RPGChronicles the Outpost staff will send the chronicle sheets to the email address you provided. I haven't used RPGC before, though, and it looks like I can also download the chronicles--I haven't tried that yet.
