Mithras 'Myth' Invictus |

Myth, it turns out, needs very little enticing. With Peyton already in position the Outsider slips out of her robe and descends upon Peyton and her gorgeous rear end with great enthusiasm.
Myth is all male as he slides inside the Delinquent and, having picked up on her behavior a few minutes earlier, wraps one hand in her hair to act as an anchor point while the pair work off the pent up emotions of the situation in a mutually pleasurable fashion - hard and fast.

Sierra Summers, “Solaria” |

Sierra returned to her room, after having just playing Peeping Tom on Myth and Peyton, an embarrassed and frustrated mess. She leaned her back against the door, trying to control her breathing. What are you doing Sierra!?!?
She makes her way back to her room, and spots the disheveled sheets from earlier, which causes her heart to race again at the memory. She lets out another long breath and proceeds to change them, and then out of Peyton’s night gown and into a different pair of pajamas, to avoid going back out tonight.
__________
The Next Morning:
Sierra had slipped on a line green bikini and some shorts, planning on a calm, relaxing sun soak this morning to settle her nerves. Even so, she had to return Peyton’s night gown. She folded it up and placed it in front of her door before heading to the common room. She paused, eyes drifting to where Peyton and Myth had been intimate, and then spotted her shorts from the previous night. She walked over and collected them and dropped them in her pool bag before heading outside to the pool.
She shimmied out of her shorts, the lime green two piece suit standing in stark contrast against her tanned skin, before slipping into the water and doing a couple laps. After, she made her way to a lounge chair and stretched out on her back, putting some Infini-Pods into her ears and closing her eyes as she relaxed.

Payload |

When Peyton wakes up the next morning, she rubs her wrists where they had been bound the night before. She smiles happily as she recalls the good times she shared with Myth. She makes herself a quick breakfast before heading to the gym, clad in her sports bra and yoga shorts.
Hacking the stereo system to play loud techno magic, Peyton begins her morning workout! If Sierra opens her eyes, she can see the other woman stretching and sweating through the gym's windows.

Sierra Summers, “Solaria” |

Sierra raises her head briefly, and seeing Peyton exercising, lays her head back down and turns her own music up a bit.

Gypsy Abermann |

The Next Morning
Gypsy nervously ventures out the next morning for some breakfast. With her phone clutched in her hand, she's wearing an oversized t-shirt and some loose denim shorts. The loud music coming from the gym tells her who is occupying that space this morning. Noticing Sierra out in the swimming area, she pauses, considers, reconsiders, and then finally pushes out into the sunlight.
"Hey," she calls out before noticing the earbuds.
In spite of the thousand suggestions Moon offered, Gypsy is unsure how to act after the previous night. She finally settles on taking the chair next to Sierra and quietly munching on her breakfast bar.

Sierra Summers, “Solaria” |

Eventually Sierra must notice Gypsy has joined her, as she turns her head and smiles as she takes the pods out of her ears. ”Hey,” she says in greeting, clearly having missed the initial one from Gypsy.

Gypsy Abermann |

Gypsy lights up when Sierra smiles at her. "Good morning," she says with a grin. "I'll be honest; I was a little worried when you left last night. Moon had me convinced that I'd done everything wrong and so I was expecting you not to want to talk to me this morning."
Looking for a more positive avenue of conversation, her attention is drawn towards the source of the loud music. "That was some game last night, huh?" She gestures towards Peyton in the midst of her work-out. "Do you think they actually ... you know?"

Sierra Summers, “Solaria” |

Sierra blushes furiously. ”Oh…I’m sure they did…” she comments.
She then asks ”You didn’t…you know…tell Moon anything detailed did you?”

Gypsy Abermann |

Gypsy blushes and looks away. Her hands seek out the hem of her t-shirt and begin worrying at it. "I told her that I kissed you," she says finally. Her voice grows softer. "I didn't tell her that your lips tasted like raspberrys. Or that your skin smells like salt and jasmine. I didn't tell her that when I kiss you, I feel like my insides are lighting up with an energy that I can't contain. Beyond even magic."
She looks back. "Was that too much?"

Sierra Summers, “Solaria” |

”Gypsy!” she gasps as she grabs her phone and begins scrolling through social media as Gypsy adds her intimate comments, causing her to blush further and tremble slightly. She lets out a small sigh of relief, then adds ”You can’t just go telling her, or anyone, what we all do in private! ESPECIALLY that sort of thing! You are new to this, but you are a celebrity now! Our lives are going to be dissected and judged under a magnifying glass! So what little privacy we have, we need to cherish it!”

Gypsy Abermann |

"Sierra," Gypsy says with a frown. "Moon's my sister. We tell each other everything. We don't keep secrets from each other. She knows everything there is to know about me." She looks down at her t-shirt again - Moon's shirt, actually - and the mess she's making of the hem. "She does stupid things sometimes, but she would never intentionally hurt me. She knows this is really private stuff and how to keep a secret."

Sierra Summers, “Solaria” |

Sierra sighs and lays back. ”If she tries to boast about this in any way to any one, tell her I’ll throw her into the sun!” she says as an anxiety laced joke.

Sierra Summers, “Solaria” |

”It was a joke, Myth,” Sierra replies. ”Sort of…”

Payload |

Seeing the others gathered, Peyton emerges from the gym, sweat glistening on her body. "Hey, girls! We missed you last night. You should have stayed and joined in the fun," she says with a lewd grin.

Mithras 'Myth' Invictus |

"Oh." Myth replies. "Well, if you ever really want to do it I will help."
He pauses a moment and then looks at Gypsy. "Gypsy, I owe you an apology. I did not mean to make you uncomfortable last night. I did not understand the situation. I am sorry. I thought I should apologise this way as I think it is easier for you to be angry with me like this." He adds.

Gypsy Abermann |

Gypsy's face reddens again. "No ... no need to apologize. You're not from around here. So it would be expected that you wouldn't be accustomed to our societal norms."
She thinks for a moment. "Speaking of ... Moon and I were doing some research - well, Moon, really, she's more of a numbers person than I am - and the statistical probability of an extra-planer race looking as much like a human as you do are ... well, the number is ridiculous. So after seeing what you did last night ... this isn't really your true form, is it?"
Pierce The Mask: 2d6 - 2 ⇒ (3, 2) - 2 = 3

Sierra Summers, “Solaria” |

Sierra blushes furiously at Peyton’s comment for some reason…

Gypsy Abermann |

"I don't think anyone could say that the 'form' you chose last night was unattractive," Gypsy says with a playful roll of her eyes. "It was just ... unexpected. I ... we ... didn't know you could do that."
She glances at Sierra and then blushes.
"How about we just stick to the 'boy' version of you for now to avoid any ... issues?" she asks, glancing down at her feet.

Mithras 'Myth' Invictus |

"What kind of issues could it cause?" Myth asks, sitting 'down' in midair as he often does. "I understand that the public expects me to be male, but shapeshifters are not unknown are they? And here, when there are no public, I am happy to appear however would make you all happier. That is being part of a team, is it not?"

Gypsy Abermann |

"No issues on my end. No siree Bob. Not a single issue," she declares. "But Peyton likes your 'boy' form. Right, Peyton?" Gypsy says, looking to the sweaty girl for backup, her eyes pleading for an escape from the hole she's dug herself into.

Payload |

"Both of Myth's forms are hot, honestly," Peyton says. "But, yeah, nothing beats getting f$%@ed by a real stud like Man-Myth!"

Mithras 'Myth' Invictus |

"I think I could convince you otherwise." Myth says. Somehow she's switched forms without anyone noticing and is now floating in the air, grinning as her hair floats in the breeze. "But I understand I should be more careful about showing my body in this form, so could we go 'shopping'? If I'm going to be female more often I will need suitable clothes. Or not." She adds, levelling a devastating wink at Gypsy, complete with pink tongue flickering over her lips for a moment.

Gypsy Abermann |

Gypsy visibly swallows. "Well have fun shopping," she says after a moment. "I've got to do some more research on spells that ..." She glances at Sierra again. "On spells," she concludes lamely.

DM Brainiac |

The banter is suddenly interrupted by what seems to be a fiery meteor that crashes into the ground beside the team! The force of the impact rattles the base and causes some of the water to splash out of the pool! The flames around the burning projectile flicker and fade enough to reveal the bombshell body of a curvaceous woman with a wicked smirk on her face. It's the villain, Helldiver!
"Nice new base you've got here, Solar Squad," she says with a flick of her hair. "Thought I'd take the opportunity to be the first to break it in! After I break you first, of course!" Her fiery aura flares again as she prepares to attack!
You are entering battle against a dangerous foe as a team! You all have the same purpose in this fight and the leader has Influence over everybody, so we'll add 4 Team to the pool. However, you are ill-prepared or off-balance, so we'll also remove 1 Team. The team leader may mark a condition to prevent this loss of Team.
Everyone, what do you do?

Sierra Summers, “Solaria” |

Solaria jumps to her feet, and she looks over the scenario as she calls out ”Helldiver!” Gypsy had her magic that could protect her, Myth was tough as nails, but Payload…she had no real defenses she was aware of.
Solaria leaps between Payload and Helldiver, her suit taking form and replacing the lime green bikini on her body!
I Know What I Am: 2d6 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (3, 3) + 3 + 1 = 10

Gypsy Abermann |

With her uncomfortable situation saved by a literal bolt from the heavens, Gypsy stands up from where the impact bounced her off her lounger.
"This is private property!" she declares. "And you haven't been invited." Gone is the timid and embarrassed girl from moments ago. She waves her hand over her body and her shorts and t-shirt are replaced with her new costume.
She gestures in a circle and an aura of purple flames coalesce about her, shifting the gray in her outfit towards the color of the flames.
Playbook Move - Burn: 2d6 ⇒ (6, 5) = 11
"If you leave now, we won't charge you for the damages," she adds.
Burn: 3

Payload |

Payload looks around to all her teammates magically conjuring her costume. She frowns down at her workout clothes. "Gotta learn how to do that," she mutters.
Her heart soars as Solaria steps in front of her to protect her. My hero! she thinks, feeling more confident. Okay, don't let her down. Let's do this.
"Can I borrow these?" Payload asks, plucking the Infini-Pods out of Solaria's ears. She uses her abilities to hack them and adjust the settings, then points them at Helldiver, blasting concentrated techno music at her to distract her!
Are you watching closely?: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (4, 1) + 2 = 7

Mithras 'Myth' Invictus |

As she glows Myth changes, morphing into a long serpentine body which emits a terrible blast of heat. Huge tendrils emerge from a suddenly beak-like head as a ring of dead, black eyes focus one-hundred focused gazes on the interloper who dares to stand before it. The huge monster lets out a piercing scream that makes everyone's ear ring!

Frighten the opposition

DM Brainiac |

Payload’s sonic trick causes Helldiver to clamp her hands over he ears and groan. Her fiery aura flickers and becomes weaker as she loses concentration on it.
Myth’s bizarre transformation takes the villainess aback! ”What the f@~+?” she shouts as Myth rushes her, battering her across the courtyard with his inhuman might! Shaken by the blow, she retaliates, clapping her hands together and unleashing a ring of fire that wraps around the Outsider, burning and restraining him!
Myth, take a powerful blow! The ring of fire gives you a -2 penalty on your next attempt to directly engage.
Helldiver then rockets up into the air and slams down to the ground again, sending a blast of burning energy at the rest of the team! Solaria blocks the blast from hitting Payload, remaining unfazed, but the energy scorches Gypsy!
Gypsy, take a powerful blow! Everyone, what do you do?

Payload |

”Hit her from different angles!” Payload shouts. ”If she can’t concentrate, her fire will be weaker!”
Seeing Myth enveloped in the ring of fire, she brings her hands up and concentrates on her other powers. This time, she is successful in negating Helldiver’s trap, and the fire flickers and fades, freeing Myth!
Unleash: 2d6 ⇒ (6, 2) = 8
Myth no longer takes the penalty to directly engage. It’s temporary and will only last one panel though.

Sierra Summers, “Solaria” |

Solaria flies up and above Helldiver, and decides to let her live up to her name. She tries to fly directly into her and slam her into the pool!
Directly Engage: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (2, 2) + 2 = 6

Powerful Blow: 2d6 ⇒ (4, 1) = 5
Stand Strong - Mark Potential
Gypsy's eldritch flames close in around her as Helldiver's flames strike, splashing away harmlessly.
Taking a few steps to her right, she attempts to circle the woman as Peyton suggested. Raising her hands, she directs arcs of black electricity at the intruder, avoiding Sierra in the process. The bolts scream as if in terror. "Watch out for the edge!" Gypsy shouts as one of the bolts harmlessly wraps around Sierra and pulls her back.

Stand strong: 2d6 ⇒ (1, 1) = 2

It trumpets a war cry as it falls!
Spend a hold, same as last turn.
Directly Engage: 2d6 - 1 ⇒ (4, 2) - 1 = 5
Fortunately it is a big pool. Unfortunately the elephant seems to be missing Helldiver entirely!

Sierra Summers, “Solaria” |

Solaria spots what Myth is about to do, and shakes free of Gypsy’s magical tentacles before lunging at Helldiver, wrapping her arms around her midsection before lunging further into the pool and beneath the outsider!
Spend Team to help Myth DE

DM Brainiac |

Gypsy's eldritch lightning zaps Helldiver, causing her to cower as her muscles spasm. She turns to try to get away, only for Solaria to grab her and bodily splash her into the pool! Steam rises from the water as Helldiver's fiery energy begins to burn off. Payload concentrates on keeping that energy suppressed as Myth turns into an elephant and crashes down on the hapless villainess! The force of the impact is enough to knock her out cold!

Sierra Summers, “Solaria” |

Solaria rises from the pool, brushing her wet hair back out of her face and looking around for the villain before spotting her in the water. She wades over and picks her up so she doesn’t drown, then carries her out of the pool. ”Someone call Villain Containment for a pick up,” she says as she makes her way over to a lounger and deposits Helldiver on it.

Payload |

Payload laughs as Myth soaks her with the water. Her exercise outfit clings tightly to her body. "Get out of there, big guy! You're getting me all wet!"
She makes her way over to Solaria and looks down at the unconscious Helldiver. "I guess that's one of the drawbacks of such a public home base. Well, so long as they're all pushovers like this chick, we should be fine!"

Sierra Summers, “Solaria” |

Sierra looks down at Helldiver and mutters ”They aren’t all pushovers…”
She lets out a breath and lets her super suit flash away and swap back with her bikini from wherever her clothes go when she activated her super suit, and then says ”Let’s…see about straightening this place up a bit before VCS get here.”

DM Brainiac |

You are able to tidy up the area a bit, though it will probably take a full crew to repair the damage done to the courtyard and the pool. Still, VCS arrives in due time to take Helldiver into custody.
It's been an eventful few days for the fledgling Solar Squad! What will the future hold for the team? Find out in the next issue!
***
End of issue #1!
At the end of every session, choose one:
• Grow closer to the team. Explain who made you feel welcome; give Influence to that character and clear a condition or mark potential.
• Grow into your own image of yourself. Explain how you see yourself and why; shift one Label up and another down.
• Grow away from the team. Explain why you feel detached. Take Influence over you away from another character.
***
The next issue will pick up in about a week's time. So:
Whenever time passes, the GM empties the Team pool and restores it to one Team.
Solaria: Whenever time passes, roll + Savior to see how the members of your legacy feel or react to your most recent exploits. Before rolling, ask the other players to answer these questions about your performance. Take -1 to the roll for each “no” answer:
- have you been upholding the traditions of your legacy?
- have you maintained the image of your legacy?
- have you made the other members of your legacy proud?
On a hit, one of them offers you meaningful encouragement, an opportunity, or an advantage. On a 7-9, another is upset with your most recent actions, and will make their displeasure known. On a miss, something you did stirred up the hornet’s nest—expect several members of your legacy to meddle with your life.

Gypsy Abermann |

"Yea, us!" Gypsy calls out before being sprayed with water by a transformed elephant.
She lets out a breath and lets her super suit flash away and swap back with her bikini from wherever her clothes go when she activated her super suit, and then says ”Let’s…see about straightening this place up a bit before VCS get here.”
"Hey! Before they get here ..." Gypsy says, reaching out to guide Sierra towards one of the upended loungers. With a quick gesture the lounger rights itself and slides over near the unconscious Helldiver.
"Lay down on it and act like you're just catching some sun," she instructs. In an instant her costume is gone and her clothes from before have returned. Well ... most of her clothes. Noticeably missing is her t-shirt and she doesn't seem to notice that she's covered above by only a lacy, pink bra.
Pulling her phone from her shorts pocket, she positions the shot just so to capture the defeated woman, Sierra lounging with sunglasses, and an elephant spraying a fountain of water in the background.

Issue #1.5 is a Discord exclusive, chock full of drama! Rejected by Gypsy, Myth flies off to parts unknown! A frustrated Sierra gives in to Peyton’s seduction! Confessions, apologies, and makeups! And now—
West Coast Masks — The Solar Squad!
Issue #2: Enter Firinn
The Rave Cave is one of the hottest clubs in Bay City. It’s a place to drink, dance, and let loose while pulsing techno music and flashing lights fill the air. The raucous party atmosphere is suddenly interrupted, though, as a young man comes crashing through the doors and shoves his way through the crowd onto the dance floor!
A moment later, the doors are blown off their hinges as a figure in a sleek suit of powered armor enters the club in hot pursuit! The visor of the helmet glows red as it scans the room while panicked clubgoers scream and flee toward the exits! The light focuses on the young man, and the helmet emits a satisfied beeping sound.
”END OF THE LINE, FIRINN! I’M BRINGING YOU BACK WHERE YOU BELONG,” the figure shouts in a modulated voice. They step forward, but before they can get too far, three women emerge onto the dance floor. Gypsy. Peyton. Sierra.
The SOLAR SQUAD!
What do you do?

Sierra Summers, “Solaria” |

Sierra had already called in her super suit, and stood at the front of the trio, hands on her hips. ”Alright, whoever you are. I don’t appreciate you ruining a perfectly good dance party, and I don’t think that fellow really wants to dance with you anyway,” she says in jestful banter.

Firinn |

"I told you already Siobhan, I'm not going back." The young man replies, sweeping back a lock of dark hair from his face. A reddish glow shows from inside his open black shirt collar, casting his face in a slightly demonic light. "She can't make me and neither can you."
Gypsy recognises the young man as Firinn, a kid from her school who is in her government and civics class. He's always hung out with the emo crowd, but hasn't been in school much recently. In fact he missed the civics final a few days ago.
He supposedly has a twin sister who is some sort of crazy genius and graduated high school a couple of years ago but Gypsy has never met her. The name Siobhan seems vaguely familiar though.

Sierra Summers, “Solaria” |

Sierra zips between the man and the armored figure assailing him, standing protectively over him. ”I think it’s time for you to go!”
