Hey y'all, sorry for the prolonged silence. I still feel very s%+&ty, I don't really have the strength to put into PbP. I'm sorry, but for now I have to pause all my games on the forum. Tomorrow I'll finally get tested for COVID and I'll know what to do for this illness. Thank you for your understanding.

I will be stepping away from the Internet for the next 2.5 weeks, returning at the end of July.

As Briney is a pretty complex character, if it's easier to just remove him from the campaign, I would prefer that decision over assigning someone to casually Bot him, for what it's worth.

Hello everyone.

I'm writing this post to apologize with you all about my behavior. I've been badly ill, then depression kicked in, and left you all by yourselves because I couldn't find the guts to face you and tell you that this adventure was over. I failed you, and for that I hate myself.

Today I've found some courage to write these few words to let you know that I'm alive, although not well. Depression is devouring me from the inside, and aside from that I'll most probably undergo surgery this Autumn because of my nose-related problems.

I don't feel I'm strong enough yet to don the mantle of GM once again, but I'm trying to get back into the hobby to try and fight against my mental illness. I'm going to see also some experts, see if maybe changing my meds will help, I don't know.

Again, I'm sorry for what I have done to you, how I treated you. I don't ask for your forgiveness, I don't deserve it, I just wanted to close this failed attempt at GMing and let you know that.

I hope you all will find better people then me to have fun with in the world of TTRPGs.

Yes, don't worry about it; we do this for fun, but it's of no import compared to anyone's health. I hope that things get better for you.

It's always okay to take a step back from things. As a matter of fact, I did exactly that few years back, when I bit off more than I can chew in terms table amount. I burned out, then left the paizo boards for a while, and did other stuff.

This is a past-time, and nobody will hold what happened against you. For what it's worth, you were great at running the table.
