Technically the BBEG goes before Rorek and could prevent this by killing or disarming Rorek first :)

I had a 16 init he has an 11 (unless that was Portias?). I interpreted it as bbeg giggling, clearly hostile and making moves to stab me after not so cunningly running up right next to me:).

Initiative order was something like everyone then bbeg.

Seeing as the beast does not come for him, Garidan moves into a more defensive location. "May I ask a little favor, my lord?" Garidan speaks while looking upwards.
