Ejtehah has no patience anymore and runs forward to attack!!

This was accounted for and is part of the plan :)

Ejtehah rushes forward, immediately catching the defenders off-guard! Fayaz's trained reflexes prove well-honed, as she immediately notices him and yells-"Incoming! Hold the line, everyone! "-as the slavers prepare to defend their hideout.

Tinderwick and a thug seem to act first, but the gnome signals to wait, letting Zahrah take the brunt of the attack before.

Took some creative liberties to delay baddies' initiatives to avoid hangups.

"Now is when we press forward."

Awkin boosts the group's morale.

Inspire courage: Allies receives a +2 morale bonus on saving throws against charm and fear effects and a +2 competence bonus on attack and weapon damage rolls.

Flagbearer: +2 morale bonus on attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, and saving throws against fear and charm effects.

Hi GM, in case Ejtehah’s moving forward was a surprise round: would he have been able to activate his crane style feat as a swift action? :-)

@Ejtehah Yes! Crane style can be retroactively activated.

As Awkin's inspiring words echo through the stairs, the enemies realize your coordination and prepare for the worst. Two thugs immeadiately advance to hold the double doors, signaling Lotus and Tenibri to pass.

Tinderwick, on the other hand, starts gesturing in the air and recites-"Musclehaltren!"-and Ejtehah's muscles start seizing up immediately. Need a Will save from Ejtehah! The slaver boss in heavy mascara recites her own prayer, as she closes her eyes and mutters-"Bolts as heavy as iron bars - gravitas."-and her crossbow starts glowing purple.

Lotus as orchid as Zehra slips through the gate through the lines and to the back. Once there she'll offer the minotaur "Blessings of the mother."And implant the minotaur with the shadow splinter trick which.. he may actually find handy in a minute.

Betty gets out and drinks a potion of fly.

Ejtehah resists Tinderwick's spell, feeling his muscles once again tense up but being able to will through the enchantment. Lotus provides blessings to Gythropias, who gladly accepts them and prepares to hold the barricade as well, taking a thug with him to choke up the entrance.

Attacking the gnoll right first and then when it drops he’ll 5 ft step and attack the man in red.

Tenibri rushes into the compound, past the willing guards, grateful that his disguise was working so well.

Am I understanding the map correctly; the token to the south of Tenibri is Lotus? Standard action will follow....

Ejtehah immediately rushes in and starts slashing the slavers to pieces. He first starts with the gnoll aiding the party, who has no chance to even speak, as his flesh is rended and he falls to the ground lifeless. Seeing this, the other gnoll takes steps back from Ejtehah, getting his weapon ready but not ready to blow the cover yet.

(@Tenibri: Yes, Lotus and you are both currently on the other side of the barricade. With both of you inside, the thugs are going to close the iron doors any second now.)

I'm not trapped in here with them they're trapped in here with me...

Tenibri wheels when he gets just inside the gate and past the gnoll forces. His hands begin motions that Yaqib certainly never knew, and a shimmering portal opens up right between him and the real gnolls near the gate.

A giant soldier ant, shimmering with celestial energy, steps through the opening portal and immediately begins snapping its jaws and stinger both at the nearest foe.

With almost all slavers inside the compound, Tinderwick says-"Now! Shut-What the f%!*?"-as he screams, interrupted by the giant soldier ant, which gnaws at his abdomen, carries him aloft, and sticks their stingers in the gnome's butt.

Tinderwick screams-"By Lamashtu's teat! Yaqib! You traitor!"-surprised and hurting really badly, as the poison drains aways his strength. On the other side of the battle, from the stairs emerges the great tiger Cat, who pounces on the thug about to close the door. It chomps on his arm, not letting go no matter what. His teeth glow eerily blue, as it seems Awkin has just made his fangs magical. The thug tries to let go, but he is unable to escape from the strong hold of Cat's jaws.

Back to the backline, Tinderwick is able to, in the air, recite a spell-"Dormitas wrande!"-as the ant falls asleep on the spot, releasing him. And possibly Tenibri as well! Will save DC 17 pending. The gnome is enraged, and yells-"That can't be Yaqib! And if it is, it's a traitor! Fayaz, put a bullet in him!"-running behind her for defense. But the huntswoman is instead focused on Ejtehah, paying no mind to Tinderwick's pleas.

She narrows her view of him, studying him, and declares-"Despite all those scales, he is still human! Men, hold him off!"-as she shares her favored enemy (humans) to all slavers targeting Ejtehah. She shoots a bolt towards the shifter, but he expertly dodges. Clicking her tongue, she says-"That stance...he's too fast for me. Gythropias, break it. Then I can line up a shot."

Lots moves a bit into the shadows so Tinderwick can't see her, Shake shakes her foxyness, and casts Charm person as a spell like ability on the green guard :) Who probably doesn't know enough to resist a "buff" from "Zehra".

Lets start small and work our way up..

The insect is probably immune to the sleep spell, as it has no brain.

Flying up out of the stairs, Akila soars over the heads of the various people to hover just above Tenibri. “Did someone say sumpthin’ bout shootin’?” she asks as she aims at Fayaz.

I placed my avatar in the square above Tenibri but assuming the ceiling is high enough I would be just above him.

Snowball, using pistol, PBS, Awkin vs Touch AC: 1d20 + 8 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 8 + 1 + 2 = 25
Cold damage, PBS: 5d6 + 1 ⇒ (2, 4, 3, 3, 3) + 1 = 16

Not sure if I get the damage bonus from Awkin on a spell using an attack roll.

Will use Gunslinger’s Dodge if Fayaz returns fire on me. Will move 5’ to get cover from the wall.

Indeed, ants are immune to mind-affecting effects, which includes both sleep and deep slumber (which is my guess as to what was cast, since it's affecting Tenibri).

Spellcraft: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (10) + 16 = 26 let's go ahead and confirm that guess, shall we?
Will: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8

Note: if it is deep slumber, it affects the lowest HD creatures within the 10' burst first. I'm not sure where Tinderwick placed the burst, but is there a chance any gnolls have to make the same save?

Tenibri recognizes the spell as it's being cast, and marvels to himself Good idea! That was smart! as he drifts off to a peaceful sleep.

as the ant falls asleep on the spot...

...Or so Tinderwick hoped. The bug clenches tightly on him, as he yells out-"Curse skipping biology! Why doesn't this thing fall asleep!?"-struggling to get out but unable to. Tinderwick did indeed cast Deep Slumber and was able to position the burst so it only affected Tenibri and the ant.

Lotus' charm seems to work wonderfully, as the green guard nods his head and instead of closing the entrance, doubles back to protect "Zahrah". With his whip, he tries to grapple the ant too, and manages to do it just barely!

On the front of the battle, Gythropias the minotaur follows orders and tries to grab Ejtehah, but he proves too nimble for the big beast. With a bang, Betty's bullet lodges into the huntswoman in the center. Fayaz clicks her tongue and says to Gythropias-"Work on your grip, you big oaf. And you!"-referring to Betty-"Pray Tinderwick can deal with you, knife-ears. 'Cause he will at least keep you alive and happy. I won't be so nice."-insulting her elven heritage.

Lotus will appear to Ejteh to be standing behind The minotaur with a raised knife and a wicked smile on her vixen muzzle that doesn't touch her eyes. (+2 to hit bonus from flanking from the false flanker trick)

Awkin will have Cat maintain the grapple.

Ejtehah shreds the last of the slaver's line of defense - first raking through the minotaur's flesh, and then poucing on the guard, leaving both lifeless bodies dead on the ground. Awkin's spell proves timely, as the minotaur tries once last time to grab Ejtehah, but the gnome's spell makes him eat dirt instead! Cat, on the other hand, rakes on the last slaver, leaving only the leaders of the pack.

Meanwhile, the giant ant tries to hit Tinderwick with their stinger, but fails to pierce the gnome's slippery body. The gnome manages to wrench himself free, and runs into the nearby room, yelling-"Curse this insect! I cannot enchant it!".

Fayaz clicks her tongue and says-"Outnumbered, is it? It's not the last time I've pulled through."-as she aims her crossbow and shoots right into Ejtehah's shoulderblade. (Nat 20! But failed to confirm. 15 damage to Ejtehah.) She tosses her crossbow to the side, and adeptly dodges past the ant, leaving the asleep Tenibri between her and the frontline. As she moves, she pulls out a heavy pick, ready to enter melee.

She'll move down a bit and cast a DC 17 grease spell on Fayaz's pick. Doesn't like people holding that over unconscious party members...

Swift stare at her, she'll take an extra 3 damage if someone manages to hit her this round.

Betty flies down and uses her free hand to try and drag Tenibri behind his summoned ant.
CMB to reposition: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8 Think that works since they are unconscious and therefore have a Dex mod of -5 rather than +2

Tenibri's ant follows Tinderwick into the room; with no new direction from Tenibri, its pursuit is both mindless and extremely persistent.

Ejtehah enters the room with Tinderwick, and easily grabs him by the wrist, the gnome quickly protesting-"Let me down, you reptilian oaf!"-and trying to escape. The giant ant joins the shifter, and bites right into Tinderwick's abdomen, as the gnome's screams rings through the slaver compound.

Up on Fayaz' face, Betty flies down and repositions Tenibri successfully, and faces the huntmaster head on. Through her disguise, Lotus magically manifests grease around the ranger's pick, but she quickly tosses it upwards, juggling it easily and not losing her grip. She smirks and says-"Oh I'll get you later, 'Zarah', but let me deal with knife-ears here first."-smiling at Betty.

Awkin will walk forward, following the group after the gnome.

‘Akila’ watches as the rest of the group pursues the gnome.

Looking at Fayaz, she says “Huh…Tinderwick didn’t seem that intimidatin’. Figured you fer bigger threat than him.”

In the middle of being grappled, Tinderwick once again manages to let out another spell towards Ejtehah, trying to daze him! (Will save DC 16 or be dazed for 1 round!) He snickers as he tries to run away If Ejtehah fails, Tinderwick will run away to the corner

Meanwhile, Fayaz faces off against Akila, but decides to instead run further into the compound, jumping above Lotus and dissapearing into one of the draped doors. You hear her muffled voice-"Zerro! Get Gnarlpaw right now! We're being overrun, and the gnome is dead!"

Pointing towards the door, she tells Tenibri “Yer ant went in thar.”

She then moves deeper into the compound herself.

"Oh, you have no idea..."

Lotus twitches her nose and turns into Fayaz. She runs to the same door and shouts

"Zerro! They're using disguises. Stop that phony )@#)*@## no matter what it takes! "

Tenibri shakes his head a few times to clear the magical fog that was wrapped around his mind, and rushes to the door so that he can check on the ant's progress, and possibly redirect it if needed.

Even as Tenibri arrives, the ant darts in another bite followed by another sting, mindlessly continuing its assault without concern for the nuances of capturing and interrogating a prisoner.

I plan to have Tenibri redirect the ant next round; as I see it, he doesn't have action to do so here this round. I'm open to being corrected on that, however, if we want to ensure Tinderwick survives and is available for questioning.

"Do you want me to cast hold person and see if we can tie him up before he breaks out?

Ejtehah effortlessly pins Tinderwick to the ground, but as he leaves him helpless, Tenibri's ant disembowels the gnome gruesomely. The gnome's cries for help die out, as he gurgles on his own blood and drops dead.

Inside the innermost chamber, both Fayaz and Lotus hear footsteps fast approaching, as Lotus' trick seems to rub the huntswoman off the wrong way-"You dare impersonate me? Let's see who lasts longer on a duel, then."-as she steps right besides Lotus and drinks a magical potion that makes her grow twice her size! She swings her war pick to and fro, ready to lay waste to the mesmerist.

Akila glances in the cages as she moves up to where she can see the two Fayaz fighting. “Guys, ahm thinking’ might be in need of more muscle up here!”

She then sights in on the larger Fayaz and fires her pistol at her.

Lotus whoas and backs up a bit. Mesmerists don't do well right next to things with reach, as they really can't make concentration checks.

Getting smacked in the face with a pick would be bad. getting smacked in the face and then grabbed by a gnarlpaw..whatever that is would be worse.

Ejtehah shakes his head when the ant kills the gnome!

He immediately moves out of the room and to the next confrontation and eventually stops in front of the enlarged woman.

Double move with 40 ft speed.

Tenibri gets the ant's attention with tap on its carapace, and motions it to follow him out. He ventures around the corner, looking for more action.

The ant follows Tenibri out; when it sees more of Tenibri's foes, it instinctively moves to attack.

Inside the room, Fayaz the huntswoman smirks, ready to pierce Lotus' abdomen clean through. Betty arrives just in time, however, to shoot her in the leg, which enrages her-"Aggh! F~!&! You're next, crackshot!"-as she takes a swing towards Lotus.

Her swing comes out slow, but her bigger size allows her to pin Lotus' clothes for just a brief moment, and set up a fatal blow on her stomach, her heavy pick piercing right through her lower abdomen. Critical hit! 24 damage to Lotus. That could've been WAY more, but Fayaz skipped arm day

Lotus manages to exit to safety despite this, wringing herself free from the pick, and managing to cast a grease spell at the feet of Fayaz, which makes her slip and fall prone. She curses once more-"Slippery f+@!! Zerro, where's the f!+&ing backup!? We put up with your crazy so you can help defend this!"-her anger only growing as she sees Ejtehah and the ant arrive to the front. Awkin on his part advances with Cat, to allow a better view of the battlefield and assist with his advice. (Double double move!)

Responding to her cries, backup finally arrives - two burly gnolls come out of the draped door, one armed with double flails and the other armed with a falchion. The first one swings at Ejtehah, but the shifter adeptly dodges to the side. The other, however, presents his paw to the party, and recites-"Mother of Monsters, heed me now. Undo order, and cloud the minds of the meek!"-materializing a ball of unholy energy that encompasses all of the party AND Fayaz! Will save DC 17 pending from everyone except the Giant Ant! A failure will cause the PC to be confused for 7 rounds

Fayaz seems to be affected by the energy, and starts foaming at the mouth, as her eyes glow yellow and her pupils thin like a predator. In her frenzy, she attacks the gnoll while prone-"Arrrrghh!!!", but she flails wildly and misses.
