Unfortunately, they're confused, and I don't think you're going to get a particularly coherent answer.

Oh, also: I didn't roll for them noticing because none of them have a Sense Motive modifier high enough to beat your roll.

Rakesh rushes across. The trap will have an attack roll, no saves.

Orange Fortitude: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (14) + 9 = 23 vs DC 17

Unfortunately, he powers through, and stabs at Rakesh.

Trident: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (18) + 13 = 31

Purple draws a shortsword and rushes ... the gnome!

"What the abyss?!" yells the gnome. She swiftly vanishes from sight.

A shimmering wall of distortion appears between Roderick/Rakesh and the rest of the group.

Ansha covered it, but you're correct that, fundamentally, I shouldn't have rolled for Orange. Orange had the confused condition, but his roll didn't matter because per the rules he automatically attacked you, which coincidentally he would have done if he acted normally. This probably would have been clearer had he not rolled 1-25, but I did, in fact, ignore Orange's d% roll.

Rakesh shaves Orange's eyebrows off, along with the front half of his face. Orange down on the first hit - since it's the first hit, you can have that be a standard and retcon a move action.

Still, her spells are not well suited to targetting an invisible person. Intimidate: The creature flies into a rage. On its next turn, the target must attempt to make a melee attack against you, make a ranged attack against you, target you with a spell, or include you in the area of a spell. The effect ends if the creature is prevented from attacking you or attempting to do so would harm it (for example, if you are on the other side of a chasm or a wall of fire). If it cannot attack you on its turn, you may make the check again as an immediate action to extend the effect for 1 round (but cannot extend it thereafter). The effect ends as soon as the creature attacks you. Once you have targeted a creature with this ability, you cannot target it again for 1 day.

I believe the gnome is required to attack Rakesh, even though Rakesh missed.

Kit is not liking the fact that the gnome is casting a spell, but with all the flames and invisibility she can't make it out. On the other hand, she was quite expecting a fireball or lightning bolt and the fact that she was not fried makes her quite giddy.

Did the antagonize not work? The gnome should have targeted Kit with a spell or something like that if it did.

Ansha winces as Rakesh practically guts the gnome. "We're really not trying to kill anyone! Really!" she calls from her position in the safety of the doorway. "You all started attacking each other and we were simply trying to subdue you!"

Assuming that Rakesh's attacks drop the gnome: "We really probably should prevent them from dying." She pauses and looks at the smudge where the one fireballed-to-oblivion henchman was and adds, "Well, whatever ones we can still save, anyway."

Rakesh is not a Diplomacizer, especially with the Aspis.

Rakesh appears a bit confused when Ansha enters and starts explaining their actions. He catches on and sheathes his swords. He crosses his arms and watches the interaction with a gruff demeanor while also glancing around at the Aspis agents to see if any are wearing badges to add to his collection.
