The email regarding order 1470407 is an automatic email completely unrelated to the one you sent us.

As for order 1462783, it was shipped out on July 13th with an estimated transit time of 4-8 business days. While it is running a bit past the estimated timeframe, it is currently only a few business days past the estimate.
