In each game you get 1 Hero Point, you can get a maximum of 3 of them, and during the game, Gm is encouraged to pass 1 HP per hour of gameplay (in pbp usually 1-1.5 weeks).
With the end of the scenario this resets, so next game you start with 1 etc.
On top of that players that have GM Glyphs (for the amount of games that they GM'ed) may pass additional hero points

Ah okay. I thought you can only have 1 max. Alright. So I have 2 for the time being. Changing it in the stat block. Thanks!
I would like to thank everyone who suggested me, as well as my lovely patrons and most importantly, Raid Shadow Le... Wait...
Nevermind. Thank, guys!

This is the first game that I can remember in PFS that hero points have been awarded
Not that it matters, but in your last game hero points have been awarded.
Actually, in most of the games that I play, they are given.

Anyone wants to take this one? I did the last one. Wouldn't want to steal all the fun.

Guys, I will have limited availability over the weekend. Leaving in some 2 hrs and will be away until Sunday afternoon-ish. I will be on phone and will check the threads every now and then.

There might be a slight delay in posting. Tomorrow is a holiday and I'm going to spend half the day doing some fishing... :)
Going catfishing -- basically catfish as long as your arm with a head that will cause bludgeoning damage should it connect at high speed :)

OK, I think we are a bit stuck here. I shall tell the guard to be on Thursday at Flitch apartnemtn. She left money and note there so she knows where it is. On Thursday as I feel we will send her on the boat to not have to smuggle her. Smuggling a guard could be harder if anyone recognize her.
If this is a setup (I doubt it) she will know the location of Fitch and not the one in the tunnels.

@Avonatha
Assuming that your Owl is familiar then its Perception and Stealth is your lvl+spellcasting ability modifier
@Quickblade, aiding in plenty of cases is of little use ;) First Jacknife needs to accept your aid. But what is worse:
Aid another has a DC of 20. If you pass that DC it is better for you to do the check yourself. And it gives +1 to Jacknife if you make the aid ;)
If you critically fail you give Jacknife -1.
The mechanics for picking lock means that you roll until you get 3 success (in this case) or you roll crit fails and you break the locks.
Broken locks can be fixed with crafting or replaced with replacement locks. But if we jam the lock we can't pick it further.
Just an FYI

Doesn't Aid give +2? At least, that's what I thought from our game (Dacilane)...
And yes, I realized it soon after I rolled the check that I should have just done the Thievery check myself... :)

Yeah I think I made a mistake once or twice. Check the link in my post (aid another). Crit success gives +2/+3/+4 depending on your proficiency. Success +1, crit failure -1 ;)

Things have changed at work, so I'm having less time for the boards, I'll keep posting as much as I can, hope to keep it daily, although the last week hasn't been great.

I'll post as often as I can. this is just really awkward on a mobile. Until my Internet at home is restored, I'm pretty much near-zero roleplaying...

I should be back on tomorrow. I spent most of the day in Intensive Care to be diagnoesed with an eye lid infection.

Wow. Take care of yourself.
Internet at home still down. I'm posting from work mostly. If you see posts that are just either one-liners or ooc/dice, it's gonna be because I'm either on a phone or a tablet... otherwise, I'm usually pretty verbose :)

@Avonatha take care of yourself.
Regarding Telekinetic projectile You should be casting the heightened version of it (since you are lvl 4) and then it does 2d6+INT => 2d6+4

Do cantrips automatically upcast?
Yes, they do -- half your level rounded up.

Good news for you. Emphasis mine.

Cantrips
Source Core Rulebook pg. 300 2.0
A cantrip is a special type of spell that's weaker than other spells but can be used with greater freedom and flexibility. The title of a cantrip's stat block says “Cantrip” instead of “Spell.” Casting a cantrip doesn't use up your spell slots; you can cast a cantrip at will, any number of times per day. If you're a prepared caster, you can prepare a specific number of cantrips each day. You can't prepare a cantrip in a spell slot.
A cantrip is always automatically heightened to half your level, rounded up. For a typical spellcaster, this means its level is equal to the highest level of spell slot you have.

btw, my home internet has been restored. So I will be back to my regularly verbose self... :)
I basically told the company that I will email them every day until they resolve my problem...

>Counterspell< rules state you can basically cast >Dispel Magic< to counter it.
To >Counteract<, you make a check using your spellcasting ability modifier plus your spellcasting proficiency bonus. I think that's +10 according to your character sheet. The DC is Barralbus's spell DC, so that's DC 20.

Btw. after running that Gilded Test game I am also making my casters have Dispel Magic spell :) Just to be safe.

Counterspell is what happens when you try to dispel the spell as it is being cast and dispel magic is after the fact, correct?

How does downtime feat retraining work? Can I just retrain out of a feat between adventures?

Before LVL 2 you can change whatever you like in your character, no need to retrain. Later you can use retrain following the Rules. So by spending a certain amount of downtime you can swap some of the feats.
With regards to counterspell I actually never saw that in play, so can't really say much.

Yes, between adventures you can change feats, class, race even. Until you get chronicle that would take you to the lvl 2.

Counterspell/Dispel Magic seems like it's not useful until it's super useful.
>Counterspell< is a reaction for Sorcerers, Witches and Wizards. Basically you saw Barralbus cast and interrupted his magic. You usually need the spell he is casting in order to counter it. Or you can cast >Dispel Magic< instead.
If you don't counteract the spell, you can always cast Dispel Magic to remove the spell's effects.
Quickblade, Makai is right. You can change everything about your character for free until you hit level 2. One of my friends had so much credit from 1e that she made "GM Babies" who were blank slates with enough XP to start as a level 2 adventurer. If she had a character idea she just gave one of those PCs a level 2 build and then started playing.
