Lorimyr drops a bomb by his own feet, singeing himself a little but freeing himself.
Wulthur slices the ettercap as it rises from the ground, then whirls around and slices on the other side, cleanly severing the upper and lower halves.
Zeldana casts a spell, and rocks begin raining down. The radius of the spell is 40', so even centering it on the southeastern corner would reach the party. However, the walls are likely holey enough that you can target beyond the walls.

Once cleaned off, the gold ring reveals delicate Infernal text carved into the band, but the letters are hopelessly lost in the dense calligraphy. Only through many hours of study might somebody fluent in Infernal pick out and decipher the name.

Henrikuaxian hurries out of the ruined building to look around at the various hostiles.

His little eyes get all wide and anxious, but he looks back and forth between the devil and Kyra with her ring, looking relieved. He looks worriedly at the archers in the back, and quickly begins a disjointed bit of arcane words and gestures. When he finishes, a 10ft tall, 10ft wide, 80ft long swirling mass of noxious-looking fog appears between the archers and everyone else, completely obstructing their view.
Casting a Silent Image illusion of a poisonous fog bank, DC 18 Will save to disbelieve if they interact with it.
He then calls out to his friends "Stay out of the fog, it is poisonous! The devil is an erineyes devil, very dangerous, but as long as we stay within 60ft of that ring" he says with a gesture at Kyra, "and we don't attack it, then it can't attack us! So stay close!"
More quietly, and specifically to Kyra, he says "if you can get more than 60ft away from the archers, while keeping us in range, the devil will be able to attack the archers. I don't know if it will or not, but might be worth a shot!"
If you move to the spot with the blue diamond, I think that will make all the archers other than purple outside of the 60ft range of the ring.
GM, isn't Blue still entangled? The escape artist DC was 13, he got a 12, but he isn't marked as entangled in the combat tracker.

You're correct, he should still be entangled. Not sure what happened, but it does mean that he should also have taken a -4 on his attack on Zeldana.

Henrikuaxian slides around the corner of the building to face the eastern archer. The billowing wall of gas still flaps in the wind, disregarded by the combatants that have circled around it, so the gnome ignores it. Not gonna concentrate on it, but Lingering Illusions means it'll hang around for a couple more rounds. He pulls out a miniature shovel from his bag of tricks, and uses it to focus his next spell. Arcane words roll forth, and with a point of the miniature shovel, a 20ft deep pit suddenly appears beneath the feet of the closest archer.

Pava’s hired thugs were hanging back to fire with their bows, avoiding melee combat and now that Pava is defeated, the bandits attempt to flee. "Run .. run everyone!"
The erinyes obviously cannot attack any non-hostile creatures under Pava’s protection, or under the ring’s protection, without provocation.
The dark angel looks at you all with disappointment. "It is sad that you did not attack me! I would have loved to meet any attack with violence. But your refusal to hand me the ring will cost you dearly! I have patience! You have earned my enmity though I’m helpless to act against you now!"
She withdraws simply by using plane shift to return to Hell.

CONCLUSION
Once you resolve the standoff, you can follow the trail back to better-traveled roads for transport to Almas, where Venture-Captain Brackett awaits your report.
Brackett’s primary concern is keeping control of the erinyes devil out of improper hands, so as you managed to keep the items that contain the name fragments from Pava VC Brackett considers the mission a success.
