I don't see "Minds of Monsters" anywhere. I click on Loot Sheet above but I don't see anything like that.

Click on the A1 button in the top left of the loot sheet.
Axton, Bharak & Elena are listed as having read it.
Looks like it's your turn Javell.
Also the Blue ioun stone gives you the Alertness feat while you're holding it. That's +2 to perception & Sense motive. +4 if you've got 10 ranks in that skill.
Per the loot: Oh, okay! Got it now! Initially, when I clicked on it, all it did was allow me to edit the "A1". Until I finally caught sight of the "arrow down" button. :P
