I'm pretty sure this works, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.
Can I take a fuse grenade and light it, then use sleight of hand to plant it into the pocket of some unsuspecting victim?
Related, and perhaps more important for me, can an arcane trickster use Ranged Legerdemain to accomplish the same thing from 30ft?

Yeah. That works fine. Though a note..
Most people would still notice the burning fuse pretty quickly. Sure they might notice the placement. but they still might notice before it goes off.
Uhm... yeah i guess techicnally I can not see ar eason the trickster couldn't do so.
Though other people might notice the floating fuse on explosive.
and in both cases. It would be a bit of a risk too. Since one round lighting it.. then hoping no one notices it. and hoping it rolls enough rounds.. then next round take the standard action to SoHand it.
I suppose you could in theory place it. and then sneaky cast spark on the fuse.. but then surprise noise and its no longer being concealed by your amazing sleight of hand roll...
so yeah you can but the chances of realizing it is higher.
I think I'd rather sneak in a fuse bomb or pellet grenade. and a alchemist fire. Then use something to set that off.
