Deciding that any further attempts at subterfuge would be futile at this point, Chigao drops her skimpy disguise appearance with another dramatic pull upon her "magic sleeves". With that done, Chigao studies the closed tower door as best as she could from behind both Andru and Xeph. "If anyone has any spare oil that they are carrying, perhaps pouring some under that door might cause it to burn a bit faster; unfortunately, I've none such on my person, save for a some strong Applejack liquor that I've acquired. I do have some Alchemist Fire though- they might be a bit too volatile to use since they easily burn when shattered."
With Zupon's suggestion about leaving the keg for the Tower bandits, Chigao murmurs out her remark of, "It's a pity that any drink that we'd leave for these people would not be strong enough to cause them to fall asleep..." before moving towards a closer inspection of a section of the battlement walls near the southeastern portion, next to Kurian. Will this section of the old wall be stable enough for me to climb?
Stealth to be unnoticed by any nearby Tower bandits: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19.

If I can make my way up there with a rope for the others to follow, perhaps the other tower door atop these battlements might be easier to burn...

other than throwing my one bomb at it (from very far away) Zupon only has a torch he could contribute to; albiet a rather strong one. But with a flame thrower I don't think Zupon could do that safely. So he's watching for others-particularly keeping an eye above. His location is currently accurate; off to the side, so he can hear and see decently while limiting his exposure.

After studying the wall section for a number of seconds, Chigao says in a dejected tone of voice, "The wall was already a difficult proposition to even attempt such a climb but with the rains and all, it'd be nearly impossible for me to scale up there."
Looking to the applejack, Xephkiel frowns, "It would be a noble sacrifice."
Nodding to the tall Deva, Chigao slowly shifts away from the spot where she had examined the wall section while handing off her insulated flask containing the Applejack to Xephkiel. "Considering that it was intended to help clean off any wounds taken in battle, it should suffice. I don't know if it'll burn hot enough compared to lamp oil though... but my master had used similar such drinks to help set fire to many a dessert-dish with that he had made in the past.", the novice Kunoichi lass explains, adding with a comment of, "Perhaps a blessing from your god might help it to burn even faster?"
Since Xeph will be closer to the door compared to Chigao's new position on the map, she'll hand off the Applejack to him to apply when ready; keep in mind my commentary in the discussion section though. Also shifted Xeph down a square so that Andru has a clear shot to the door. Feel free to adjust things, even Chigao's positioning on the map, as needed. ;)

While Andru is busy setting the tower door aflame, Chigao will take out one of her sharpened daggers into her hand in the event that she could throw it at any nearby enemy that shows itself but otherwise stays put where she is from her position right behind Braggi. "We should question if those inside are inclined to answer us peacefully, otherwise we may have to brawl; We can save the bomb unless the door somehow doesn't give way...", the novice Young Kunoichi says aloud in answer to Zupon's query before piping in with, "If anyone should have any lamp oil to spare, this would be a good time to use them! No worries, DM rel20- they seem a bit too high up for Chigao's dagger-toss; She'll take the opportunity to direct Andru's aim upward instead so that Xeph isn't caught in the blast since he isn't fire resistant yet (mebbe spell resistance could kick in but Andru uses gadgets instead of spells)...
Seeing how high up the three unsavory and disheveled tower defenders are, Chigao quickly surrenders any notion of reasonably hitting any of them from that height with just her daggers (to say nothing of their protections afforded by the crenelations up there!). Fortunately, their aim towards her is just as affected by their height as she deftly dodges a hurled a piece of rubble; she does wince a little in sympathetic reaction towards Braggi being pelted by two pieces of hurled rubble. It's just as well that he's carrying one of Zupon's healing salve!
Looking to Xephkiel once again, the Young Kunoichi lass is half wondering when the tall Deva will pour out the relinquished flask of Applejack to help stoke the blast of fire from Andru's odd fire-projecting contraption when she sees Xephkiel suddenly steel himself towards making a rush at the flame blasted tower door instead! Xephkiel isn't doing what I think he's doing, is he?...!!!...He is! But with the door getting burnt like that; this is no good- have get to Andru quickly...!
With no time to waste, Chigao moves even closer towards Andru to help gently but firmly guide the Varisian's aim with his fire gadget upwards from the burning door to the tower stones above. Taking care towards holding only just Andru's arms upwards as the Young Kunoichi lass has very little idea about how fragile the Varisian's strange contraption maybe, she says, "I am very sorry for this sudden movement of your aim, Andru; didn't want to risk you possibly burning Xephkiel by accident.", as a hasty apology towards him.

True to form, Xephkiel slams against the smoldering door while Braggi retaliates by throwing his shield up at the harrying tower defenders.

Letting out a nervous sigh of relief that she didn't even notice that she had been holding back inside as the grimly silent varisian gadgeteer wordlessly shuts off his odd flame contraption to avoid setting fire to Xeph, Chigao is slightly relieved that Andru hadn't immediately chewed her out verbally for interfering with his aim or even possibly damaging his delicately, bizarre device. Strange that he should go off to where he is now but it does keep him well away from those tossed rubble...
Half remembering the second barrage from the beleaguered rubble-thrown attack and how narrowly she dodged against another spate of misshapen tossed castle debris, Chigao glances over to the southwest once she had taken stock of where everybody was at now, only to spot Zupon hurrying his way on over to Braggi's newer, more covered position in relation to the tower.

Heh, not gonna lie, I was waiting to see how well Zupon patched Braggi up before taking any action [the above was mostly flavor-text on the held action]. I guess it could theoretically count as another held action on Chigao's part if DM rel20 wishes to change her initiative order. ;)
Seeing as how Braggi still looked to be a bit worse for wear, even after getting healed by the clearly distracted scholar [as evidenced by the inadvertent spill of some strangely colored powder from one of his many pouches!], Chigao moves southwesterly in a purely diagonal movement of 15 feet towards the both of them.
Lifting her vial of Zupon's mysterious healing salve over to Braggi's mouth once she stands close enough to be right next to the injured Ulfen conscript, Chigao says to Braggi, "Here, let me administer this healing salve for you to drink, Braggi." in a calming, even tone of voice.
With a bit of an awkward pause as she begins to lift the salve over to the much taller Ulfen's mouth, the Young Kunoichi lass remarks in a hesitant but partly-cooing tone, "Say ahhh..." as she stretches out her salve-wielding arm slightly overhead to compensate for the height discrepancy.
Not sure on how you'd wish to rule on this one, DM rel20- if you want to have Chigao use 2 move actions to get the salve out and to get to Braggi or if getting the salve ready costs no action with a move action to get to Braggi plus a standard action to let him drink up for healing. ;)
Do either of you wish to make the healed hit point roll, Braggi or Zupon? ;)

Sounds fine by me, DM rel20; with 2 move actions spent by Chigao, it was for the best that Braggi got to make the healing roll then. ;)
In case there was any additional confusion on the breaking and entering mechanics, is the group still ok with the current plan?
I'm fine with the current plan myself; unless there's a sudden attack coming from door 1.1 somehow, I'd imagine that the group is making good progress in gaining entry to the tower.
Seeing that both Xephkiel and Kurian are pressing their attempts towards getting that damnable tower door open, Chigao finds herself subconsciously holding her breath in as more rubble starts to come down from atop the tower.
Upon noting that neither Andru nor Xephkiel were injured from those attacks, the Young Ninja lass lets out a nervous exhalation in response. It was just two attempts to pelt at us from above... does this mean that one of those defenders are out of commission?
PS. took the liberty of placing both Kurian and Xeph closer to the tower door by each sharing half a square; seemed oddly apropos in that way (even if not entirely correct ruleswise) ;)

It's gonna sound kinda weird [bear with me here ;p] but since Chigao has Cut your Losses as one of her feats, mebbe she can use that to pull either Xeph and/or Kurian aside/away from the tower door [rules-wise, one of them would hafta be right next to the door at the start of their turn in order to move away after bashing/sundering it] so that Andru gets a clear shot to fry flambe the door? ;)
Moving herself closer into "rubble-range" once more, Chigao moves up to help pull away anyone still in front of the tower door so that Andru has a clear shot at it with his fire-spewing contraption. Let's say Chigao will move next to the person that has to get pulled aside?
Andru, you want me to move your character on the map to be on the east side of the goblin corpse parallel to the tower door?

Xeph continues to bash in the door, alternating with Andru's fire spout, wood bending into a concave shape.
Braggi continues to keep his shield in motion like a kid playing pong, but fails to connect with any target.
Bold can go.
