It's Seattle in 2060, and things are darker than ever before. The world's gone to drek in a handbasket, if that basket's woven out of tainted soy and rotting dreams. The Big D's gone, and so is most of Chicago, and what's left belongs to the bugs. The Arcology's closed up tighter than an exec lost in the Barrens 'n surrounded by a Troll biker gang... yet somehow, the rich and powerful manage to keep their wealth and power, and ain't none of it dripping down to you, no matter what D's will said. Heck, even the urban legends are forced to ask for help...
...and that's where you come in. Time to earn your cred, chummer.

You're all on the second-floor landing -- you can either try to force open the window, or keep climbing. Let me know which, and who's doing what in which order. I believe you were told that the rigger was likely on the roof.

"Should we check the roof?" Raptor whispers, indicating the stairs continuing up.
"Yeah, probably" , mutters Danny. "Want me to go first?"

Raptor nods, but is ready to follow.

"Tank, charged ladder. Our boy's pretty liberal with lethal means. I'm betting he's got at least one more trick on every route to the roof, if that's where he is. If he isn't, it might be easier to fight our way down the stairs. I vote roof. Be careful ." The imperative is tossed casually in Danny and Raptor's direction.
Jay looks at 0nyx. "Any chance you could fly somebody up there?"
Or maybe it's only a repeater station up there and he's sitting at the Triad HQ.

"Eyes, go straight up until you can see what's on the top of the building, then come straight back down and tell me about it," 0nyx commands her ghostly friend. Hoping that's OK for very limited, staying in sight kind of scouting.
"Just me," she whispers softly in response to Jay. "And I'd need to leave my body behind. Easy enough, but you guys gotta take care of my body." She gives Jay a level look. "No laughing. No exploring."

"Can you toss power like that? Like when we were in the garage?" Jay looks around. "Not that this is the proper place. A fire escape is not a defensible position."

You don't add your quickness to the skill - it's just that you default to quickness (with a penalty) if you don't have stealth

Danny climbs the fire escape, and as he's about to reach the roof, he steps on a patch that's nearly rusted out -- he catches himself to avoid tripping, but the sound of his hands on the rails makes the whole metal structure shake.
This might be a good time for initiative, then, with the caveat that people not sneaking with Danny are 2 stories downstairs.

Jay's leaning out over the railing of the fire escape, craning his neck to watch Danny as he climbs. He sees the man stumble and crumbly bits of red oxidized metal rain down.

Danny, I think we talked about this last time - your Reaction is (Quickness+Intelligence)/2 -- not sure why you have 1 int (as a human, there's not normally a racial mod, so the 2 should stand) -- but if the 1 is correct, 6 quickness is still a thing, and you should have a reaction of 3 + 1d6. If I'm right and it's 2, then your reaction would be 4 + 1d6

Sorry, looks like my response post got eaten. As Onyx said, your walk speed is equal to your quickness in meters -- but that's per round, not per action - so it gets split evenly between the number of actions you'll get (i.e. - 2, based on your init). [And yes, I admit, that's just ugly.]
Normally, stealth doesn't require you to move slower -- it's assumed you're darting from cover to cover, not so much creeping on tip-toe -- but the issue here is with the shaky metal thing you're on making noise. Running would certainly create a big rattle -- but walking would be just your stealth roll -- though ol' rusty might reduce the target to hear you.

Figment tries to lean back, looking for a clear shot to the top, before shaking his head and following the others.

Jay flips the safety off his borrowed sub machine gun and follows Raptor up the fire escape, but the younger man stops at the far end of the landing from the two big fighters.
Want to get as high as I can, but maintain as much horizontal separation from the others as possible. Fearing grenades.

Raptor softly reaches the top platform, and then starts to pull himself up the ladder to the roof - closing about half the distance when he sees movement and the silhouette of a head starting to lean over the edge of the roof.
Raptor, you can take one simple action - though you're in a bad place to get off a shot.

At 17, the shadow above Raptor turns into the top half of a large, well-muscled human male with dark violet hair. He starts at the sight of the orc halfway up the ladder, and the small group on the landings below, "It's company. I got this," he says before dropping a grenade down, striking the landing between Figment and Jay.
