Ferrun looks around. The map itself is quite interesting. The map clearly indicates the city of Kibwe and a ruined city named "Holy Xatramba", which is approximately 140 miles away. An old road connecting the two cities is marked on the map. Underneath the map Ferrun finds an interesting feather that Kicsit sees is magical.

Pazúr shakes his head, almost hissing in at how little he contributed to the battle with the golem and its slime friend. "Nice work, everyone," he says, only slightly begrudgingly, though he nods in genuine gratitude as Heyou! heals his painful wounds.
Once fully healed, he moves to stand by the double doors, ready to help out if needed, and hoping to make a better showing of it this time.

"I wouldn't say I'm big and strong, but I'm quick enough to avoid most trouble - unless it's a wooden man tearing me to bits, I guess," Pazúr observes as he lines up near the now-unlocked door. Once everyone is in position, he opens the door!
Took the liberty of positioning everyone by the door, rather than waiting for everyone to move their tokens individually - if you post before the DM, you can probably reposition yourself without penalty! The race is on.

This office is elegantly appointed, with a large rosewood desk and a leather chair. A strange, greasy fog surrounds the desk in thin wisps. A wide bookshelf stands against the west wall, next to the door in which you stand.

Ferrun walks over and takes a seat in the leather chair and placed his feet up on the rosewood desk to relax. As he sits, he looks around to see if he gains any insight by sitting in the chair.
"Whomever works in this office seems to enjoy the creature comforts."
After his relaxing moment, he begins looking around to see where the wisps of fog are coming from.

Ferrun sits in the chair, and immediately the smoke from below the desk begins to billow! Whoever used to sit in that chair is now a smoking, flaming ooze! Ferrun, the party scout, gives a yelp, and it's enough to alert some of the party before the ooze can act!

The missiles work like a charm, blasting away parts of the ooze!
The ooze begins to smoke, really smoke. It chokes the air around you. A creature that enters the aura or begins its turn in the aura becomes sickened 1 (DC 25 Fortitude negates) and cannot recover from persistent fire damage for 1 round. I've updated the map.
It oozes out from under the desk to try and take out as many of you as possible:

Chivivit can't find a rock, so he hurls a mundane piece of art off the table. It slams into the ooze with a puff of smoke, cooling the ooze a bit.

Kicsit hurls another item and hits it even harder. He knows this to be a Fuming Sludge. The slurry from alchemical experiments is often as flammable as it is toxic. In especially volatile cases, a fuming sludge can form from ignited pools of unstable alchemical runoff. He can tell it's near death, but it's dangerous up until then. The smoldering haze won't go away until it's destroyed. IF YOU START YOUR TURN OR ENTER WITHIN 15' Make a FORT DC 25 or be Sickened 1.
