Just making sure I wasn't missing anything. Forgot to factor in whelp evade when resolving cool gun, but with computer bonus it would have hit anyways so letting hit stand
Should I just roll now for evade too?

The Besmaran Whelp attempts to flee. However, Twisted Nicknick's shot, guided by the Ji-Thil's encouragement, finds its mark. The resulting wound ends the monster's flight and its body floats lifelessly in the void of space.
COMBAT OVER
With the Besmaran Whelp defeated, you are free to continue to the planet. As you approach it in you starship, you notice a strange disturbance within the atmosphere purveying the area around the coordinates of the outpost. Swarming masses of organic matter swirl around within the air, causing interference within the ship’s sensors. These airborne masses are composed of rigid, leaf-like structures, whose shape and speed produce erratic movements and intensity within the storm and making it too dangerous to the ship land inside it.
To continue with your mission, it is clear that the Pegasus must land several miles away from the outpost coordinates and that the Starfinders must approach the site on foot.
The closest landing site is on the night-side of the planet. As you approach the surface the forested land below is aglow with bioluminescent flora, though the lights conveniently aid in finding a suitable clearing in which to land the Pegasus. Leaving the ship, you are immediately greeted with the sights and sounds of a lush, vibrant forest. The atmosphere is breathable and the gravity is just shy of standard, resulting in a slight spring in your step.
Visual of the landscape now provided on Slides.
Moving toward the outpost, you spy a series of structures, difficult to spot at first as most blend quite naturally in with the environment. The village is small, with just under 40 basic structures, composed primarily of interwoven strands of wood and fungi, packed with a colorful array of muds and clay.
As you pass by the village, you spy a pair of humanoids, each quite bioluminescent. They exchange flashes of light and clicks between themselves as they gesture in your direction.
Visual of the beings now on Slides.
One steps forward, reaching out a hand in your direction as a series of bright, white flashes of light begin pulsing first on the creature's head, down its neck and arm, and then shining from its hand.

Mugatroyd shakes the creature's hand. "Greetings. We come in peace, to bring justice to your world - may your lights be a reflection of Iomedae's blessings. We are also here to investigate an abandoned outpost - can you provide any useful information to our cause?"

GM Valen |

One of the glowing natives, the one without an open appendage, looks quizzically at the ysoki and the shirren, apparently unable to process their words.
Do you understand us? We don't want to hurt you. Peace.
As the formian speaks, the gesturing being seems drawn to Ji-Thil's solar mote. A pulse of light flashes around the native being's head at a speed that matches the speed of the orbiting solar mote.
Perimeter not certain what to think, attempts to discern the humanoids gesture, "Great" he thinks to himself "this sort of thing never goes well"
The gesturing being looks over the artificial being, slowly and with an apparent sense of wonder. It seems almost disappointed when the android does not speak.
The nearest, glowing native looks quizzically at the ysoki and the shirren, apparently unable to process their words. The being then turns their attention to the other android.
Mugatroyd shakes the creature's hand. "Greetings. We come in peace, to bring justice to your world - may your lights be a reflection of Iomedae's blessings. We are also here to investigate an abandoned outpost - can you provide any useful information to our cause?"
When Murgatroyd-01 grabs ahold of their hand, the being begins to sway and move, shaking their hand wildly. A small surge of power leaps from the android Starfinder into that of the being, producing a spark. For his part, Murgatroyd-01 feels a slight, momentary drain in power to the digital actuators in his hands, slowing the android's ability to end the handshake for a few nanoseconds longer than expected.
Zapped by the resulting spark, the native being does not recoil in pain, but rather begins to move all the more excitedly. Lights begin pulsing along both of the being's arms, prompting the other being to step forward and extend a hand to Murgatroyd-01.
The first being, still visibly excited and flashing lights, now extends an appendage towards Perimeter Plasma.
Making suitable gestures to convey simple ideas requires a successful Culture check.

Murgatroyd holds his other hand to the second creature. "Iomedae values benevolence as well - let's shake hands as a gesture of good will between creatures of honor." He lets the other creature drain him also.
"If you are not capable of speech, we must end our encounter now. We have a mission to complete."

Perimeter, against his better judgement, will extend his hand, in a friendly and cautious manner to the first being, completing a circuit.
