Frantino draws his potion of cure light wounds, drinks it, and steps 5' to prepare to move into flank (unless Ayita gets there first to use sneak attack, which is fine).

Since this is a serious fight, I'll bring up one thing I just remembered. Silence is a one round cast, like a summons spell. (I was surprised to learn this a few years ago, too, but forgot until now.) He'd have had to start it one round and finish it at the beginning of his next turn. By casting defensively he didn't provoke an AoO, but Nasir's slash could have disrupted it anyway. Also, if he was in the middle of casting could he have taken his AoO on Frantino's move? A halberd is a two handed weapon but silence has somatic components so he'd have needed to take a hand off the weapon to cast.
