Niksi needs to step away from the game for a while, so the character will engage in some magical research. Niksi is welcome back at any time if real life calms down.
I'm going to properly pause us this time, as I will be traveling this weekend for a celebration of life for my mom, and I don't know if I'll have time to post. If you decide on where to proceed from here, I can move you along on Monday or Tuesday.
I don't anticipate any other pauses for the next few months.

I'm happy to continue -- I love Rova -- but I guess I want to make sure we're all in. It definitely feels like we've slowed down a lot. I know that happens with PBPs, but I think it's also frustrating/hard to keep the thread of the story when it's a week between posts.
That is fair, and I will strive to post more frequently.

I will do my best to keep up the pace. This time of year is particularly busy with kids' activities and year-end work demands, so it may be January before I am able to move at a good pace.

I am good if everyone else is. Apologies for my posting rate. I have sketchy internet and very limited time out here until probably summertime next year.

I think a pause until January sounds like a good idea. That gets us through the holidays and gives me some time to prep so I can move faster when we get started. Everyone is welcome to level their characters to 12.
