Recruiting for 5-08 "The Confirmation." This is an evergreen Level 1-2 scenario.
Almost all Pathfinders undergo extensive training for three or more years to learn the tricks of the trade, and their last test before graduating from the ranks of the initiates to the status of a full Pathfinder agent is the Confirmation, a special research project that involves considerable fieldwork and is designed to simulate the initiates' future work as a Pathfinder. Even the noteworthy field commissioned agents sometimes participate in such trials as a way to familiarize themselves with the Pathfinder Society’s rules and expectations.
Although Confirmation is typically an individual affair, the society recently discovered a site on the Isle of Kortos that would be perfect for initiates but perhaps too dangerous to handle alone. Successfully uncovering this site’s secrets will not only contribute to the society’s body of knowledge but shape the exciting careers ahead for each of the prospective agents.
As is thematic appropriate, priority will be given to newer players, so please post the PFS number and level of the character you're applying with.
This game will run over two major US holidays. If you plan to be out of contact for an extended period of time (more than 2-3 days), please skip this one and look for my other games in the new year.
Can a Core character apply? :)
This campaign is unlikely to be a Core campaign. I don't know how Core characters work - if a Core character can join a Standard campaign with no residual effects to either the character or the campaign, I'm certainly okay with it. If there are 5 other Core characters that want to play, I'm definitely okay with running a Core campaign. I suspect most of the applicants will not be Core.

Not understanding the Core vs. Non-Core discussion.
Core means you can only use the classes and equipment listed in the Core Rulebook.
PFS allows each player to play each scenario once as a Core character and once as a non-Core character.
