I apologize for not posting the race start last night. I started to GM
2E The Fall of Plaquestone on Roll20 with a group of fellow veterans. I had one of my best players disappear and not show up. He would not answer messages and just a week prior posted something about not having anyone to talk to. He is always on time and always answers my messages. 22 veterans commit suicide everyday so I was immediately alarmed. Luckily I was able to find someone on his profile that could contact him and he is ok. Thank you all for your continuing patience.

Did realize this guy was signed up for another game that is starting, and I need this specific guy for it. I have to drop. I don't have another character that can play this unless I make a new character and start playing him, which I doubt is allowed. Unless of course...cause we haven't started combat yet, this new character has the exact same skill totals since we did skill challenges (but not necessarily the same feats and abilities) as the previous character.

Here is this guy, if I'm allowed to make the switch. Same perception total and has all the same skills as Frinke. Not the exact same acrobatics and athletics totals though (we didn't use them), but different race, since I can't make a second Ryphorian obviously. Gave Frinke a DMs chronicle by accident and backtracking is a pain.
I normally mark characters in use, messed up though.

Mincy has the best Piloting at +9 with OMID a +6.
Mincy is also the best shot at +6 attack, with OMID at +3.
I suggest having OMID (me) pilot and Mincy shoot. The +9 to piloting should make up for the difference in piloting skill and Mincy's +6 to hit is just too good to pass up.
A second option is to have Mincy take the pilot's seat and plan on taking the lead and keeping it the entire time. This will make us the prime target, which will necessitate the need for a great pilot to bring us home. OMID would basically just fire at the #2 position to help keep the lead.
I couldn't find the updated numbers for our racer, so here it is:
Laboni's Largesse or The Starscream
Speed: 60; full 600
EAC 10 KAC 12
Attack: energy weapon (-4 Piloting)
Modifier: +9 Piloting, -3 attack

It would be a lot funnier to let me drive.
( I am good with your plan. )
I played this a while ago. Can't remember exactly how it worked, but I remember everyone having something to do during the race, not just a gunner and driver.

Not having played this one before, I could use a little hint of where Levy could be useful.

I'm fine with Mincey shooting. When I've played in the past, I imagined the actions all taking place with the use of remotes. If that is the case, then can a PC "switch remotes" in between rounds, so that someone else Pilots for a round and another shoots?

I'm beginning to wonder if my previous GM didn't make up stuff for us to roll just to keep us busy. We definitely didn't run the other racers machines.
If the party had installed a bunch of weapons on Laboni's racer, then they would have been available for party members to fire. As it is, we chose to enhance performance rather than firepower, which unfortunately leaves less "to do" during the race.

I would also like to apologize. Work has gotten in the way of doing what I want to at work - playing PFS/SFS.

Aw man. Everyone's got nice clean circular tokens and I have a ragged JPEG still from The 100 lol. I should edit that one of these days into a proper token.
