Roddy is tall, with the thick, corded muscle of a builder. He moves with a slow deliberation that borders on ponderous. His shaved head is well-oiled to shine brilliantly on the vids, and his dark skin is smooth and clear. His features are sharp and angular, with a hawkish nose and a jutting chin. He nearly always has a playful grin or knowing smirk on his face.

Roddy talks a big game, and for the most part can actually walk the walk. His bounty-hunting vids didn't gain popularity for nothing, after all. But while he'll trash-talk potential quarry all day, he prefers to avoid killing his marks if at all possible. He doesn't want to add to what he sees as a major problem - that being real violence in vids.
Roddy mainly does odd jobs for the Starfinder Society to get a break from the often long and unpleasant hunts, and particularly enjoys missions to protect explorer settlements and the like. Having lost his parents and older sister to a raider attack on his own explorer settlement in his youth, he has a soft spot for such people.
In combat, Roddy generally opens with the pulsecaster against humanoids, or the laser rifle against animals and the like, then moving into melee to put the hurt in with his fists. He does his best to keep enemies from engaging in melee with weaker allies.
