In case anyone just saw it in the 3 minutes it was up, I just edited my most recent post. Still getting used to moving dying PCs in initiative order (it's a great change, though); M. Dave gets a turn BEFORE the skeleton, as he is now conscious. Sorry for any confusion.

I'm not sure I see how Dargon is flanking, but it wouldn't change the outcome here. Did you update your location on the map? Should Dargon be opposite Medium Dave?
Also, in PF2E flanking makes the creature flat-footed, imposing a -2 penalty instead of giving the attacker a +2 to hit. All the adjustments are therefore done on the GM side. It doesn't hurt to remind the GM, though!

Chronicle Sheets are located here — please let me know if you have any questions or need something amended… still getting used to calculating downtime and whatnot. Dargon, please let me know when you can get me your info so I can report the game.
Accounting below; that last battle was a doozy… the 6-player adjustment adds a second skeletal champion, and can be quite difficult (the necromancer starts channeling negative energy once any skeletons get damaged, healing himself as well as them). Finally, if you took more time exploring, there are even more undead that show up as well. Overall your group got everything within the minimum time range — excellent job.
Hope you all had a good time!

Relics found: 8/8
Identified 3/3 Pathfinders
Larraz survived: yes.
Critical Failure: You fail to complete the item. You ruin 10% of the raw materials you supplied, but you can salvage the rest. If you want to try again, you must start over.
Cost of 10 arrows: 1 sp. You lose 1 CP (10% of 1 SP), and make no progress on crafting during your 4 days due to the critical failure.
I will deduct the gross from your day job result, since there's no where to include crafting downtime elsewhere. I'll also note this in the Items Sold column as well.

Thank you for running, Doug! I had a lot of fun with your GMing and managing the scenario!
Don't feel too bad about figuring out the rules, the system is still very new and you did great.
And yeah, the last fight just didn't seem very balanced. Things that require a 20+ to hit for a level one party means we're going to miss a lot. And then they were resistant to a ton of things, too.

Dargon's PFS number is 216832-2001 and his player name is Gruscovac. Faction is Horizon Hunters.
He is my best friend IRL and I help him set up his profile and got him into this mess, so I can only help :)

Thanks M. Dave.
Dargon's day job check:
Warfare Lore (12 Int; Warrior background): 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4 fail
His chronicle is in the google drive folder linked above.
@Veyanna, yep, I think Paizo is still tweaking balance.
The strategy for dealing with DR at low levels in 1E is usually to blow through it with brute force; in 2E it seems like players might want to consider another damage type if something has both a shield + DR. RNG didn't do anyone any favors here, either.
Glad you had a good time!
The campaign is reported and marked inactive. Please PM me if you need chronicle edits.
