Urias finds his weapon is ineffective against the swarm of small parts. One or two are knocked aside, but there are just so many...
Meanwhile the intact golem is surrounded by lights, and pauses for a moment, blinded.
Ironshanks advances on the blind golem and swings, however even blind the golem's plating is strong enough to deflect the blow.
Gwen tosses a vial of liquid fire which sets a number of the small components on fire.

@Gwynn, have you been remembering into melee and any appropriate cover penalties for your throws?
"Whoo?"
I don't know. Isn't that what we paying you for? (The check's in the mail.) ;) The last time Gwen threw at the back of the swarm it is possible the front of the swarm might have provided some level of cover. Swarms don't threaten, and I'm not sure if anyone was threatening them at the time (Ironshanks being blinded and all). Plus I'm not sure how ranged weapons that tossed at the back half of a swarm interacts with the "into melee" clause, but considering that those individual bits aren't fighting anyone and are shielded from threat by the bits in-between I think I'm safe. Can you treat swarms as one huge monster who you can shoot in the butt as many times as you want or are they individual bits in individual squares swirling around? I would have to look at the rules again on the topic. Gwen's goal has always been to avoid splashing allies. I'll try to pay more attention in the future, but I think I am mostly okay.
Tell you what. You forget Gwen's ranged attack penalties (effectively done), and I'll try to forget that Gwen hasn't been poisoned, and not go back and check to see if you've been applying 1.5 damage to the swarm (plus splash) from splash weapons. No one will ever know! ;)
