Toughness Feat

Rules Questions

Can you take this feat multiple times?

Nope.

Quoth the rules:

Quote:
If a character has the same feat more than once, its benefits do not stack unless indicated otherwise in the description.
Quote:

Toughness

You have enhanced physical stamina.

Benefit: You gain +3 hit points. For every Hit Die you possess beyond 3, you gain an additional +1 hit point. If you have more than 3 Hit Dice, you gain +1 hit points whenever you gain a Hit Die (such as when you gain a level).

(Not indicated in the feat that its benefits stack, so you can't take it more than once.)

Also, I'm going to move this thread to its appropriate forum.

Liberty's Edge

If your DM is allowing non-PfRPG books, and you're just looking for feats that give you hit points, way back in 3.0's Masters of the Wild there was a series of feats that gave a one-time set of bonus hit points. I don't have my copy with me, but I think they were:

Dwarf's Toughness: Req. Fort Save +5 Gain +6hp
Giant's Toughness: Req. Fort Save +8 Gain +9hp
Dragon's Toughness: Req. Fort Save +11 Gain +12hp

They don't really seem worth it to me, but they were written up back when Toughness only gave +3hp. With a few tweaks, I think they could get up to speed with the newer feats.
