I withdraw the question. For the cost, the benefit is quite minor. Since I lost Vital Strike in the Great Audit, perhaps I should do Vital Blade after all.

Extra Rage is a bonus feat representing what happened to her as part of the Aetheric Revitalization received by the members of Team Ruby from the last chapter:

Finally, due to the way in which their bodies have been mystically supercharged, the following applies permanently to your characters:

Kyt and Nyym each gain an additional 2 points to their ki pools, as though they had taken the Extra Ki feat.

Liesel-Marie gains an additional 6 rounds of rage per day, as though she had taken the Extra Rage feat.

Mesa gains an additional 6 rounds of performance per day, as though she had taken the Extra Performance feat.

Rohan gains an extra wild talent, as though he had taken the Extra Wild Talent feat (even though the character doesn't meet the prerequisites for it). He can select an infusion or a non-infusion wild talent, but not a blast or defense wild talent. It must also be one he can take at his current level.

Note: I had planned to do this at the end of Chapter 1, but I figured that giving it to y'all now wouldn't hurt things, especially given that you've yet to face Ooruk the Crusher.

Some of you may have noticed, but for those who haven't...

I've begun the process of starting a new campaign thread for the next chapter in the Team Ruby series.

However, I'm not going to jump immediately into the next chapter once this one comes to an end.

I want to get all of my "ducks" in a row first before doing so, so I'm giving myself (and y'all as well), a five-week window after this one ends before starting up the new chapter.

I have said that I will see this through, and that is my goal... once the next chapter is started, there will be two (maybe three) chapters left to complete. But while I want to see this to completion, there may be those among you who may not.

So I wanted to give all of you the opportunity to decide whether or not any of you would want to continue on.

I'm in. Can't be leaving the story unfinished now can we..

I had already subtracted the result of the unholy blight from my temporary hit points before I got tag-teamed. I started with 27 temporary hit points. Subtracting 12 for unholy blight left me with 15. My base temporary hit points are 18, but I have another 9 from raging vitality. I could be a lot clearer on my character sheet - I will try to address that.

Going by her character sheet, Liesel-Marie only had 18 temporary hit points listed. Not 27.

Looks like we had ourselves a GIGO moment (Garbage In, Garbage Out)... to use a really old programming acronym. No harm, no foul. Just glad we could clear it up.

I will make the adjustment going forward.

Feeling MUCH better.. been a rough month.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm still counted amongst the living... even if work has me feeling otherwise.

The last couple of months have been some of the most chaotic my job has been in sometime, but we're finally beginning the process of getting everything to a semblance of order again. It's just going to take time.

I was also waiting to see if Colt's player would be able to post his own response to what's been going own, but like myself, they've been going through it as well.

I could've botted Colt, but that would've seem self-serving, and I want to be as fair as possible to my players. I have discussed the matter with the player, and I will act as instructed when I am able if they are still unable to post.

Glad it's just busy keeping you away from the board. We've had lulls before, we will have them again. Be safe. Be healthy.

Wow, definitely some stress and chaos, but all worthy changes seem to bring such in their wake. Hang in there, make logical and not emotional decisions, and all will be fine. This game should not be any sort of factor, don’t worry about us.

Sorry for the big delay in my post. Family was my focus on Thanksgiving and then once back to work, Freight has been crazy hectic.. Drive and sleep is about all I been doing. Hope everything is good and everyone is staying warm.

Due to technical issues.beyond his expertise, our awesome DM won't be able to move forward with our current game till sometime in January. He returned home last night to find that his computer was taken out by a power surge. Unfortunately he won't have it replaced till early January due to the holidays. Our DM has requested that I was on his apology for the lack of posts from him. He is currently dealing with unforseen issues involving his divorce. He hopes to have the situation rectified soon so he can return to our ongoing adventure here.
