Feel free to keep discussing ooc but I'm going to move the story along a bit here.

The monsters discuss their various plans for a while then those who tire are tired enough, especially given the intensity of the day's events, that they break up and head back to their various regions of the dungeon. The next day, you decide to re-convene your discussions near the dungeon's entrance.

Gorthug shambles around aimlessly, unsure of what to do with his freedom. With the mistress dead his mind was slowly returning, but it was a painful, disjointed, process. He was frustrated, he was scared, and...he was still dead. He couldn’t feel anything physically, and even his emotions felt dull in comparison to how they used to be. He truly hoped that the process would not take too long. The others seemed upset about something. Probably the dragon. But he couldn’t really communicate. He idly wondered where they all were, but decided that he didn’t really care. Wherever they were, they were probably all right.

Goldslip casts charm person on the attacking goblin.
I think it gets a +5 bonus to its save because it "is currently being threatened or attacked by you or your allies", but its save should also be reduced by the shaken condition. It is a DC 17 Will save.

The goblin dodges the grease as well and tries to sneak north away from the center of attention but doesn't move as nimbly as she'd like while bleeding from a wound caused by Ripper (aoos for Snowball, Bob, and Ripper if they have 5 ft reach). She then attacks Ripper but misses. It's then you realize the goblin was just a scout as three other adventurers pour into the cavern. A tiefling waves her hand and a ball of light explodes over most of the party (DC 19 will saves or be blinded by glitterdust for everyone but Ripper and Tina, repeat the save at the end of your turn if blinded). An undine holding a crossbow also enters the cavern and starts... preaching? The undine expounds on the virtues of fighting murderers or something like that. It seems to bolster the beefy orc who rushes into the cave, avoiding the traps as if he had been warned, and slices hard into Snowball (19 damage)!

Opponents can either make an attack of opportunity against the ooze, or a saving throw versus the attack, but not both. If the target forgoes the opportunity attack, it may instead make a DC 13 Reflex save to avoid having its head engulfed. If the save fails, or the target instead opted to make an opportunity attack, the target takes 1d4 acid damage, is blinded, deafened, nauseated, and is in danger of suffocating every round that its head is engulfed. Any attack against a gelatinous orb that has engulfed an opponent’s head has a 50% chance of targeting the engulfed opponent instead.

The deaf Bob does not hear what they say, for as his friends know, you need to *think* what you are saying around Bob, not just *say it*. He continues to sit on the half-orc...

Bob, hop off of there for a minute. I think I might be able to get them to fight Cinder for us.

"Go ahead and stand up princess. And you adventurers, I think there's a better opportunity for you than fighting us. There's a dragon further down this cave. If you leave us alone, you'll be better equipped to fight it."

The orc shakes of Xeria's spell. Meanwhile, the non-not-bobbed adventurers eye Piedmontina, considering her offer. She can tell they are definitely interested in getting Bob off of their barbarian and they seem open to her proposal due to her extremely proficient diplomacy and the fact that the monsters have been trying diplomacy from the first, initiated in the form of a telepathic message from nowhere.

Having heard the commotion, the undead orc lumbered over, holding his rusted axe. Orcish”Gory, gory it’s a helluva way to die!” He chanted in a deathly rattle, a pale imitation of the traditional orc warchant for marching into battle. He looked around expectantly, sizing up who his first victim would be.

Orcish: "Don't attack, Gorthug--it seems we are reaching a peaceful accord, after all."

Common: "Thank you for hearing us out," Goldslip says to the adventurers as she lowers her crossbow.

The orc gasps for air and grips his axe but snaps his head to look at Goldslip hearing his native language. The undine cleric steps up and grasps the orc's arm. "Wait. We're listening to them. Tell us more about this dragon." The goblin steps back from Ripper's unconscious body but keeps her saps drawn.

Gorthug nodded at Goldslip’s words, and rested his axe on his shoulder. Seeing another orc, he used his free hand to make a fist, which he brought to his chest as a way of greeting. The red flames were his eyes once were stayed focused on his living counterpart.

Tina remains invisible, but takes a drink and explains, "I mean, it's a dragon. Biggish, red, shoots fire from its mouth. It's just down the hallway there. Do you think you can take on a dragon? or do you need to head back to town to get more supplies, and maybe some backup? I don't think he'll be going anywhere soon. He's just taken over control of this cave, and he's taking stock of his new hoard." She lingers on the last word, letting visions of dragon gold take root in the adventurers minds.

The princess stand up, trying to wipe as much grease off of herself as possible, "Tina, can I get out of here? I was in the middle of my one true love's first kiss, before you stole me away."

Tina takes another swig, and yells back, "Button up, buttercup. This is your third 'one true love' this year. But yeah, you can take off. Oh, Hold up." With a Skiddlebobap! the grease on the princess's dress disappears in a flash.

"Thanks, Piedmontina! You're the best Fairy Godmother ever!", the princess yells, as she disintegrates into a cloud of sparks.

She closes her mouth for a moment before saying in a cautiously optimistic way "fight Cinder? Can we ice Cinder now? Cinder bad."
