Woah. After linking to the 1983 Music Video (which is still awesome) I came across this Epic 2009 live performance...during which, incredibly, she was 70(!!) years old.

Croq prays to Shelyn that she can rock half as hard as Turner, for half as long.

Leveled up Croq. Highlights:

Croq's Rocking Jams now give +5 STR & CON (and will give +6 next level). Also now gives +4 to Will saves. WOOT!!

I now know heightened reflexes (so help me remember to cast it, when we go up against a dragon or gang of evokers)!

I also just learned glibness and purging finale. (I should've learned one of them last level but missed it.)

For all you shoppers out there. Croq has Craft Magic Arms and Armor, and she's happy to craft or improve weapons and armor, in exchange for you helping to paste up fliers for her shows.

She can't get something to +3 until next level, but can get things to +2 or add abilities.

Hey guys.

So some of you may know, I recently got a promotion and am taking on leadership of two surgical ICU units at my hospital. We are a high acuity facility, and there is a lot of pressure and responsibility falling on the shoulders of both myself and my entire staff (as is always the case for healthcare employees in general, but I digress).

But, the past few days have shown me I need to trim things down significantly in my life to give the new job the focus it deserves. As such, I regretfully am going to have to withdraw from this game. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I have to do what I have to do to for my new situation.

I will be marking this thread as inactive, but most all my games have access to me by discord. Feel free to chat with me on there.

* Clear Mind: 1/song, you can use an immed action to reroll a failed Will save

...and my Fast Healing from skald's vigor (while raging) goes up to 6

Leveled up. Took dominate person and teleport.

For my feat I took extra exploit and picked up Holy Water Jet. It lets me conjure a spray of holy water that'll burn undead and evil outsiders, so Kallie'll be less useless against those kinds of threats.

Raging song now has all the following benefits (new effect in bold, but there's enough there that *I* forget it some times, so worth anyone who likes to dance with Croq re-reading):

  • +6 STR & CON, +5 Will; -1 AC
  • additional +5 bonus on saves attempted against fear effects
  • can reroll a Will save as an immediate action (after rolling, before results revealed. Must take new result, even if worse)
  • Gain a 20% miss chance against ranged attacks and melee attacks made by creatures that are not adjacent to you
  • Spirits of the Rodericks attack 1/round at (+6 to hit, 1d4+2 negative energy damage)

    In addition, I'm now just plain immune to fear when raging.

    FYI I can turn into a large-sized four armed gargoyle for 8 minutes twice per day now, and then basically destroy everything with a million attacks.
