What an interesting ending! We were definitely caught off guard with not enough resources going into the last fight. I mean, I knew that Lynn had very little juice left, but didn't have much I could do to prepare either. I'm glad we were able to turn it around with some diplomacy checks to at least claim a partial victory, even if we weren't able to save the kalo. I was definitely worried for a bit that we might've bitten off too much and we'd be spending fame for raise dead soon enough! :<

I don't have any boons slotted to recover lost reputation. My chronicle shows 1 fame, but still +2 reputations with Wayfinders and +1 reputation with the Exoguardians. Is that correct? I also spent 140 credits this scenario on that spell gem of polymorph in this post.

In any case, this was a great scenario! Reminds me a LOT of a certain PFS scenario with an astoundingly similar concept (the religion the followers think they're worshiping is more sinister, and you have relatively free reign to explore the complex). I loved that one and this one too.

@Lynn: yes, that was a fun one too!

@Aerondor: I don't think you made that last fight worse than it is supposed to be. My feeling it that we didn't have a real damage dealer and that for some reason all of us passed on making our weapons "underwater" which truly hindered our attacks.
Now I'm adding underwater to weapons of my other characters! (and will probably not use it).
As for the non scripted ending, that's fine. We'll sure remember it, and it was our fault, not yours!
For what it's worth, I think that if you feel we succeeded in "defeating" the enemy and getting the main condition, then I think it is fair to not reduce credits for that part.

Anyhow: lots of fun!
And I'll sure remember the little Ysoki surrounded by a ton of large critters with giant teeth, and wondering if we'd all fail Diplomacy and be shredded!

re. the chronicle sheet, I didn't find it for a few seconds: I forgot Needles is playtest for Bones! Ha ha... But it is fine. All good for me.

@Lynn Ahh, yes. I remember running that PFS scenario as well. It does have a lot in common. I see what you mean about the exo-guardinas rep. I've fixed that and included the spell gem. You can download that now.

No apologies GM. That's a tricky scenario, and they don't always go according to plan. Seemed like a logical handling.

@Needles, in doing so, I note you changed from Bones to someone else for your credit. Sorry that I missed that. I've kept the reporting as bones to match the chronicle, but if you want the chronicle and record updated to the other character you nominated, please let me know and I can easily do that.

In an effort to keep my game tab clear, I'll probably mark this as inactive tomorrow.

Okay, I get it. I was surprised it was Bones. I had noted the other character. But I forgot I had changed, and imagined I had messed up...

Only if it is not a problem, I'd go for the one I had changed to:
Sparks ; 101218-711 ; Wayfinders
But no problem if not...
