I'm still checking in, but it doesn't look like everyone is.... I'm off grid from today for 10 days, back Tuesday the 23rd. I'm unsure if that will be the killing blow to this game or not, but it can't be helped.
I would say that I can see two issues that plague PbPs happening. The first I alluded to above, of people putting bare minimum info in posts, which leads to confusion and questions (not just you lot, I'm guilty too).
The second is a lack of discussion and planning. This is a media where you can spend as long as you like plotting what you will do, and why. At the moment you are all acting independently, and so from the GM side, it looks like you are ignoring everyone else's posts until you need to act, at least in combat.
Hopefully you will all still be here in a little over a week, and hopefully you will have done some plotting and planning...

I'm having an extremely hard time figuring out where things are on the map, because of the two levels and the fact that I can't actually see any tokens showing where the gremlins are. Not to mention that I don't appear anywhere on the map. That makes it impossible for me to plan.
Likewise--I don't see the gremlins on the map.

The Pugwampi only exist on the rafters map, as they are up in the rafters.
They are labeled P1-P6 (although 1 or 2 are dead now). You are all a map, either up in the rafters, or down on the ground floor depending one who has moved when.
The maps both have a key on them. They are both linked from my last proper post. I'm not sure what else I can add to make it more clear.
There are two maps? I only see one.
So then. Dead game?
I suppose it's dead...if not get in touch, otherwise I am closing this one.
