Sorry, busy weekend.

Ethana casts her spell, then waits slightly impatiently for Astrapios, mindful of her mental timers as her spells slowly run their course, then follows quickly as they move forward.

She looked at the pail woman.

::"I set you free, your task is done. But know this, I am in your mind now. Change your path for the good, no longer do evil in thoughts or deeds. Now go, be free and do good"::

She watched as the woman flow away.

Then she looked back to the cave.

She brings up her defences. Conceal Thoughts

Gosor attempt patience until Astrapios returns. After hearing the report the taurian is ready to move with speed.

Lady Zals crystal manages to manoeuvre through the strings of web while Astrapios is burring underground.
Nothing is attacking the little crystal before their comrade returns and the group is faced with no other choice but to move through the webbed area.
Every step is a struggle as the sticky webs try to keep them from moving.
As Ethana and Ktinos are nearly through, both side-walls of the tunnel are ripped open and reveal a mass of spiders rushing out.
There were no walls in the first place, only the same thick layer of webbing hiding two corridors left and right leading into vast spider nests!
The attacking spiders are smaller than those you fought before, but clearly of the same breed.
Maybe younger ones?
But in the close confines of this tunnel, size would only hinder them.
The group find itself surprised, surrounded and bitten, all at once!
Spiders are rushing over the tunnel ceiling and block the fore and back, and the nest continues to spew out spiders attacking the flanks of the party!

Surprise Round!
The number of attacks is too great, and everyone but Lady Zal is bitten at least once!
Ethana is hit twice [8+8dmg], Ktinos once [9dmg], Gosor once [10] and poor Astrapios, surrounded by spiders on three sides, is bitten thrice [12+13+10dmg].

Ethana:

You feel your strength slipping through your body as if leached away and the edges of your vision begin to blur, you can hear distant screaming and a tip-tap of footsteps following you ...
(You take 3 strength damage and a -4 atk penalty from being poisoned!)

Part one of the final encounter is upon you!
You're up. There are spiders to kill.
Cheer up, as there enough of them for everyone!

If any spider dies, and has at least 5 HD then Gosor will gain +2 to hit and damage and DR 2/-. In this case the benefits are the same as the studied foe, so no rolls need to be modified if Gosor switches from a first spider to later ones (unless they have less than 5 HD.) Any intimidated foes that live provoke AoO if they miss or fail a combat maneuver against Gosor.

AoO if needed:

If any kills have been made these rolls all need to be adjusted up by 2.

Darn it. I double-checked it and still missed something on my stat bar: I have 3 Mirror Images active. I guess I'll roll for them- a 1 hits.
1d4 ⇒ 11d4 ⇒ 2
Okay, so the first one gets through, and looking at the rolls, it looks like it's the second attack that I get poisoned on? So, 8 damage, no poison, lose one image?
Also, with Combat Reflexes, I think I should have gotten AoOs on spiders that tried to get close.

Ethana mutters something as the first spider bites her, shaking it off, and snaps her head around as one of her illusionary selves is destroyed.
Still, she couldn't help but feel a quiet thrill. This feeling, with her magic coursing through her in the heat of battle, was one she relished.

She kept her guidance going- they needed all the help they could get, surrounded like this- and tried to kill the spider that had successfully bitten her, the butt of her spear moving with supernatural quickness as she tried to stomp it into bug guts.
Remember, everyone gets flanking bonuses from Ethana

Adjacent Attack, Tunnel Penalty, Longspear: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (9) + 22 = 311d8 + 13 ⇒ (1) + 13 = 14
Adjacent Attack, Tunnel Penalty, Longspear Itinerant: 1d20 + 22 - 5 ⇒ (6) + 22 - 5 = 231d8 + 13 ⇒ (3) + 13 = 16
In the likely event the spider is still alive, her helmet summons a spark of its own magic, and a few weak flames erupt from in front of where Ethana's mouth would be, engulfing a few of the spiders.

Cassisian Angel Breath attack (15 foot line, Ref DC 12 half): 1d6 ⇒ 5

Not going to bother rolling for AoOs, Ethana will focus on defense, using them all to Shield Block, giving her and those she's next to essentially a +4 to AC.

If the flanking bonus applied during Gosor's attacks, they would all get +4 to hit and +2d6 sneak attack damage, and any of Ethana's critical hits will provoke AoO from me.

Sneak attack damage rolls if needed:

Sneak attack: 2d6 ⇒ (6, 4) = 10
Sneak attack: 2d6 ⇒ (5, 4) = 9
Sneak attack: 2d6 ⇒ (1, 6) = 7
Sneak attack: 2d6 ⇒ (2, 1) = 3

Sneak attack: 2d6 ⇒ (4, 2) = 6

Down with d20 rolls over 6!

Also, I'm assuming I attacked these as they left my reach threatened area so I'm not taking a -2 for that aspect of those rolls. I also can't make the AoO of adjacent foes (with my good weapon; my gore attack threatens adjacent) yet, but there are lots more who got adjacent to me that I hope I'll get to have attacked as they approached.

(@AoOs: Most of them spring attacked, you got AoOs on those that did attack someone else and moved through your threat-space on their way.)

Round 1:
Astrapios: Retaliates with a storm of lightning kicks, while healing some of the wounds the flurry of spider bites have inflicted. In his attempt to achieve both, his attacks miss their usual accuracy and only two of his bolts are on the mark.
Ktinos: Bites-Claws-back®. Only his first claw and bite manages to find a weak spot in the tough, black armour of the creatures.
Gosor: Drives his fauchard into the body of one of the spiders with a sickening *crunch* and follows that with a glare-of-doom and a resounding headnut which makes the spider reconsider every life choice since getting birthed. His first reflexive swing catches another spider passing overhead but the other swings are not as vicious - still he has clearly marked himself to be a prime target!
Lady Zal: Decides to turn up her defences to 11. (Do you auto-succeed on the defensive-cast?)
Ethana: Focuses on being everywhere at once, blocking bites and thrusting out reflexive strikes all around, drawing foul blood twice.
Spiders #Up: A shudder of clicks and crisps pass between the spiders coming from the right flank and suddenly, they rush forward as one, trying to simply overwhelm the right flank! Ktinos, Lady Zal and Astrapios vanish under mass of legs and black-chitinous bodies (all of your are grappled now, break-free vs 32)! The rear spiders are moving in, using the low ceiling to fast-crawl over the massive brawl beneath, snapping bites at Gosors head! One rips a bit of flesh from his left cheek (12dmg) leaving him shaken for a split second as his body fights off another injection of venom (fluff, you saved, barely)! (This means two AoOs for Ethana but not for Gosor due to spring attack)
Spiders #Front: Both spiders snap at Ethana, trying their best to get past that pesky shield that seems to be everywhere! One spider times her attack perfectly and catches Ethana's split-second-exposed neck. Or not. It is that of another mirror-Ethana! (lucky you, that was a crit and a failed save before I remembered that MI of yours!)
Spiders #Down: A particular nasty looking example snaps at the wounded and scared spider Gosor has 'worked' on, taking it out if her misery and drags the dead weight off, making room for a fresh one to attack Gosor! (Gosor, Ethana: AoO that lousy teamkiller!) The fearsome display of the Taurian seems to have instilled fear in the left flank spiders, all their attacks seem sluggish and are easily evaded!
Spiders #Rear: They are aiding their hideous allies keeping Astrapios down. (Astrapios break free increases by +6 to DC38)

I think I'm out of AoOs for this round, actually.

Ethana keeps up her relentless defense, blocking spiders every time one tries to strike, but as a result misses a few potential retaliatory attacks. That doesn't stop her from attempting to spear the closer spiders.

Ktinos: Severely wounds the spider holding him in place with a bite and ripping claws!
Gosor: The shout of the Minotaur is terrifying. A roughly calculated double-score, read eyes flicker in his direction, giving the besieged group a chance to strike back! (CMB checks against all spiders get a +4 for the next 5 rounds, including break-free attempts)

Round 2(end):

Astrapios: Frees himself by frying the spider on top of him. Fried spider smells disgustingly!

Lady Zal: Cuts the belly of the spider holding her down with a wickedly sharp crystal blade. The spider hisses and snaps at the struggling prey in her grasp and the sudden pain.

Ethana: Is busy defending herself and miscalculates her counter-attacks at the spiders who are half-backing-away from the frightening minotaur.

Gosor: The shout of the Minotaur is terrifying. A roughly calculated double-score, read eyes flicker in his direction, giving the besieged group a chance to strike back! Severs one leg of the foul beast that did kill one of her own with a fast strike.

Ktinos: Severely wounds the spider holding him in place with a bite and ripping claws!

Spiders #Up: Seeing their prey struggling back rather then being easily overwhelmed, they try to subdue them once and for all. Despite Gosor's distraction they succeed and both Lady Zal and Ktinos find themselves overpowered and pinned, their could opponents starting to produce webbing and attempt to envelop them within their foul webwork!

Spiders #Front: They continue to snap at Ethana. One is easily blocked, the other snaps at another not-Ethana but the third manages to get past all her defences and sinks it's venomous fangs in her body! 15dmg, Poisoned!

Spiders #Rear: Seeing one of their number being lightning-fried by Astrapios during her try to subdue him, they resort to poisoned bites against him, neither of them wanting to share the fate of the fried spider. One is taking up the position of the downed spider on the group's right flank with a fast move&bite but risks being stabbed by Gosor and Ethana! But Astrapios is to hold them back - barely.

Spiders #Down: Intimidated by Gosor, their attacks have a careful feel to them, clearly they do not wish to be next to receive a hit from that terrible weapon of the minotaur. Nevertheless, two manage to bite the minotaur and inject their foul venom into his body. This time, he immediately feel the fear and weakness surging through his body! 19dmg, Poisoned!

Poisoned:

You feel your strength slipping through your body as if leached away and the edges of your vision begin to blur, you can hear distant screaming and a tip-tap of footsteps following you ...

(You take 3 strength damage and a -4 atk penalty from being poisoned!)

I failed to mention it earlier, but demoralized (shaken in this case) creatures who miss me provoke an attack of opportunity. I think that was one in this case, though it looks like it was after I got poisoned. I'll take the AoO, but ignore it if I've read that wrong.

As the foe was already shaken, if that hits the spider is flat footed until the end of my next round.

Round 3(end):

Astrapios: Fries another spider which was already wounded by a faulchion strike from the centaur!

Lady Zal: Being pinned down by her opponent, she reaches out and thrusts at the mind of the spider with her own, cutting-sharp one! The bestial, evil mind of the creature can't resist and she feels several synapsis burn out and one of the many, red eyes go out! The grab of the creature lessons too as it recoils from pain. ('only' grappled)

Ethana: Finally manages to well-aimed counter-attack and draws a satisfying hiss and a welch of blood.

Gosor: The poison is really wrecking the taurian and all but a reflexive counter-strike misses by a fair margin. The reflexive attack is enough to cause the hit spider to stumble and hesitate and tries to get away! (AoO for you and Ethana!)

Ktinos: Ktinos breaks free with a feral howl and a massive feat of strength!

Spiders #Up: Despite their losses, the spiders continue to attack! Noticing that their prey is not easily hold down, the spiders retry pure violence again and snap at their opponents again! Ktinos is bitten! Fort DC19 or get poisoned

Spiders #Front: The spiders continue to press Ethana in earnest, trying to finally overwhelm her nigh-invulnerable defenses now that she is poisoned! It is a very close call, but Ethana manages to hold the line!

Spiders #Rear: Astrapios turns out to be a real pain for the spiders and the remaining rearguard of the spiders try their damndest to take him down! But he is up to the challenge and evadest their attacks!

Spiders #Down: What the forward attackers did not manage, a flanking attack did manage: another snapping bite finds a chink in Ethanas armor! (8 damage, another 2 Fort saves vs DC19) Another snapping spider misses Gosor!
