It ain't dead, but it disappears, not invisible, gone. Combat over This is an optional encounter and I want to be done with my non APs in time for the holidays. It had 165 HP, 29 AC
Heroes then go back to the little room they passed up, the Constellation Chamber. No combat here, but it is important before you do the last battle.
The walls and ceiling of this room are studded with small
ice chips to represent stars in the sky. Lines between
them indicate constellations. The room has only one large
stone door, and the back of the door bears additional ice
chips and lines.
Everyone Give me a Nature check, DC 19 Unless you think that you will crit fail, ie. roll a 1 or fail by 10 or more. Pass and you are immune to the Awakening Curse, crit fail and you get it. Fail and nothing happens. There are some giants in the boss room you may wake up accidently if you wake them, Awakening curse on you.
