Closed recruitment
I opened recruitment, but I'd like to keep most of our discussion in discussion.

Yeah... so, the recruitment thread shows up to anyone looking for games. If you want to keep the party limited to the people already talking you should label this “Closed Recruitment” (like, edit the first post to explain it’s closed- otherwise random people will post here)

No, just don't bother creating a recruitment thread. If you've already got a group of players, you really don't need to make one--you can jump directly to a discussion thread and do everything there. (Check the campaigns tab for this alias. None of them have recruitment threads, because I already had my players.)
