The second letter you decipher seems to only be half written.
I pleases me to hear about the success you are having at gamma house. I trust the usual day and time works for a visit? The Dragons are now conducting total sanguinary transfusions, truly fascinating work. They believe that with a few rounds of trials they can remove most if not all the side effects of such actions. Unfortunately some of our rivals seem to be sniffing around, we will likely need t

Morgrym unfortunately can't make any additional conclusions at this time, though the rest of the group also fills him in on the increased strength, resilience and speed. So like the rest of the group you have 1 dot in Potence, Fortitude and Celerity

"Where, where am I?," Sir Richard said as he wakes up.

Henry stands up and stretches blinking his eyes and turns to their new friend, "Ah Sir Richard you are awake. You've been a naughty boy. I remember specifically stating that I thought you had missives with your allies regarding Gamma House and the Dragons. You told me of course I would not but here we are surrounded by paperwork to the contrary.
I wonder, is it worth it to you to read them to us now that you know we know? Certainly you can refuse but I implore you to be sensible. After all, Billy here really wants to explore new ways to hurt people and you are the only one here that we currently deem suitable for the role..."

Browman |

"Eeh, you gentlemen are still are still around. I though we dealt with all this stuff already, you must have misunderstood me or something. I don't keep records of any experiments and of course don't keep much correspondence, you must have found the one letter I didn't get rid off. Surely you can see how my standard actions can vary with recently received papers?"

Henry Aketer |

"What exactly is it that you want from me at this point?"
"We want you to translate all of these messages and once that is done answer our questions regarding them. Failure to do so will most assuredly result in an unpleasant end but cooperation will result in our gratitude. How we express that gratitude of course, will depend on what steps we need to take next..."

"If you have read one letter surely you can read them all, unless you are too stupid to figure out the pattern and read something by shear luck. Why would I amuse you by helping. Surely you must realize that my disappearance will cause people to start looking for me."
Sorry guys, I haven't been feeling well so I haven't had the energy to post.

Billy Hawkins |

"You think this is going to be quick?" Billy says with a sadistic laugh.
"Oh...I think not." he says grabbing Sir Richards arm and bending his thumb back to the breaking point.
"You see, your going to do what Henry here wants you to do or this will go on for a long, long time. Like you said, I'm going to kill you one way or another, just how much pain do you want to go through before I finally let you die?"

Henry looks back as Sir Richard speaks, "We do not know why we were selected. Please enlighten us Sir Richard.
You need not be slain. By aiding us you can save your own skin, your friends of course, will need to be out to the torch for what they have done..."

Henry Aketer |

Henry shrugs, "So you have no great insights or at least none you wish to share. You believe us as untrustworthy as you and your dark hearted allies are. If we are, we are what you have turned us into. Well except William, I rather think Billy would have slain you if it benefitted him before the change.
You have set your own fate. It is now out of my hands, I leave it in the hands of William as to what to do with you".
Henry turns to Miles and Morgrym. "Shall we head upstairs and continue to decipher these writings? Moonlight is burning and we need answers quickly".
He starts to gather the paperwork together compiling those that have been translated and those yet to be translated into separate piles.
Unless someone stops me, I'll head upstairs, light a candle, and continue making cypher breaking rolls for the night.

Henry opens the door to find the evening paper has been thrown against it. It seemed louder when you are downstairs, perhaps another side effect of whatever has happened to you.
The cover story reads as follows.
SIR RICHARD DERBY MISSING
Police have no leads in the reported disappearance of one of the wealthiest men it the city. Help at Sir Richard's house say there were no signs of forced entry and only signs of a fight in one room. It doesn't appear that anything was taken. So far no ransom has been demanded. Police are unwilling to say if it is connected to the disappearance of several middle class men from the area and Greater London. Police are unwilling to comment but sources suggest they have no leads in this or any of the other cases. Several families including the Dunsirn clan, the family of Mr Henry Aketer, and the family of Mark Stevens have already offered significant rewards for information in the case. The Birmingham daily post will continue to follow this important and developing story. Story by Ian Johnson

Henry Aketer |

Henry looks at Morgrym, "It seems that we are "missing" Morgrym. Perhaps after we sift through these ciphers you can pay a visit to Mr. Ian Johnson and see what, if anything else, he has uncovered".
"Have you a table to spread these documents on? With your help and the help of Miles I hope we can translate them all this evening. We should not stay here long, our foes may come looking for you here and it would be best if we caught them, not if they caught us".

this is the only bed and safe place any of us might stay. If they come Id rather be someplace familiar. We will need to be rid of Sir Richard immediately and somehow get word to our own families by letter that we are all right and vacationing or some such.
