Mastigia materializes next to Elric and levels his rapier at the human which is now becoming corporeal. He snickers at Elric's comment and thinks to himself, You lie Elric, you know you are going to make him into a vessel (blood milk cow) or drink him dry. Mastigia waits for the human to spill his beans and then searches the house more thoroughly for secret doors and alike.

David Crowblood, he advised me!, said that undead would cower at the protections. He was wrong! Please just kill me, don't give me to the mummy! the man cowers
Mastigia Fur
Growing tired of the scared human, Mastigia changes it up on the poor human to both toy with him and get the information quicker, "Look here human we are actually benevolent spirits and we mean you no harm." Mastigia gives the man a big smile and continues, "I am sorry that we killed your dog and all but he was not happy with us and we were trying to protect ourselves, you understand? All we need is a bit of information, who is your lead priest? We already know that you have a Shrine to Hera, and that's fine. Really! We just need to talk to your head priest to help him promote Hera throughout Necrosis and possibly the Deadlands. In addition, we need to know if you are hiding anything here and really we will not hurt you because we are kind and benevolent like you."

Mastigia continues, "Where can we find this Mr. David Crowblood?"
Mastigia Fur
Mastigia tilts his head to see if the human is lying to him, "Ok, we are waiting to hear your information." Then smiles.

The blade enters the humans body connecting with his heart, "Drink boys before he dies."
Elric Von Ulfenstine
Elric sheathes his blade and grabs the Cleric, twisting him to get a good artery, before drinking deep, making sure to leave enough for his brother Vampire.
Pulling back from the wound, a line of blood trailing down his chin, Elric grins. "Ah the blood of the devout and moronic, a delicacy!"
Mastigia Fur
Since it obvious the human was probably lying to the group, Mastigia searches the house again.
Taking 20 for a total of 32
Mastigia Fur
After the vampire(s) are finished with him, "Elric search his body for information and devices for our cause. After you are done, I will use the want on him and then his cursed shrine after I make sure it is not hiding anything of importance."
Mastigia Fur
Mastigia tries to pick up the letters and his hand passes through it. In frustration he calls out, "Frak! Elric there are some letters over here for you or Attavan to read."
Mastigia Fur
Mastigia sneers at Elric, "Hey! At least I found the letters and don't need to compensate with a large sword." Mastigia taps Elric on the inner thigh near his junk with the corporeal rapier.

The letters that are opened just state true proper way to guard a house from undead, based on the letters, it seems that the man was barely started.
The unopened letter states this.
Crow,
I've been discovered. It's only a matter of time before the puppet maker sends her dogs. Luckily your hound is very perceptive. I've begun preparation...
The next few lines are about small unimportant things.
... Well, I'll get my bird to deliver this. He is quite an animal. See you in the morning of the endless night.
The letter is then signed elaborately.

After the vampires are finished with the Cleric, Mastigia points the Wand of Desecration at the Cleric and issues the command word in Draconic, "MAYSALKIRII" ... Rise you filthy Cleric, you are now my puppet to control! My first order for you is to follow me." Mastigia walks up the stairs and to the room where the Shrine of Hera is. Mastigia first snuffs out the candles with his rapier, then looks at the Zombie Cleric, "Destroy this filthy shrine" After a bit, Mastigia calls the Cleric Zombie off, has it stand next to him, then points the wand at what remains of the shrine, "MAYSALKIRII"

Mastigia Fur
Mastigia snickers at the letter's contents.
Mastigia Fur
Mastigia smirks, "Yes, we are done here." Mastigia turns to the Cleric Zombie, "Follow me ... my puppet. We will soon have friends for you to eat and become your buddies." Mastigia and Puppet, follow the Elric and Attavan out of the house and towards the sewers.
Sa'van'thul
Sa'vant'thul had been taking his time, it was hard not being able to see too far and arrived at the door about the time it opened to reveal a ghost and two vampires. "Ah, you must be the group my lovely lady friend sent me after" he said smiling under the mask. "To be young again, full of vigor and pep running about all half cocked and all. I'm just glad after all these years my lovely soul has found a home again. Tell me...where is our next target, these filthy living are starting to get far too uppity for my tastes...and I could possibly use a spare body lying around. Oh, I see one there...what are we attempting at the moment?" He asked with curiosity.

The sewers in the undead region are less for irrigation, and more for storage. Small skeleton line the walls, their empty eyes glowing with undeath. The sewers are otherwise very clean in this area. You come to the central chamber. A soldier in black armor stands near the entrance you need to go through.
His armor is bloodstained, decorated with fleshy skulls, and covered in razors. At his waist is a whip covered in spikes and blades.
He looks at you and you can see the glow of his eyes behind the mask of his helmet.
this is a member of the black guard, also known as the reavers
Sa'van'thul
Sa'van'thul followed along behind the group and stopped when he could see the armored man. He tilted his head as it seemed that he was guarding the way to where they needed to go. "[b]My fellow dead man...I do hope you plan on letting us pass without incident. We have a date with a live one that needs to have a little lesson in manners.

The black guard sighs, frankly it eats up flesh and wood. The cube fills most of the tunnel and we can't seem to get a good blow on it. All that's left of my guard are the swords they carried.
He shakes his head.
there are others, bit we could deal with them, the cube is too dig for us to hit.
Elric Von Ulfenstine
Elric frowns, staring around himself with a disgusted look on his face.
"Charming surroundings for today isn't it?" He listens as the others deal with the Guard, frowning as he does.
'An ooze that eats wood and flesh? Perfect... Just what we need!'
"Maybe Mastigia could float in to the center of it and start stabbing away. He doesn't have any flesh after all..."
