If you make the affliction an alternate power of the dmg on the teleport (so an array linked to the telepot) It will save you 15 cp. You can even make it stronger then. Or maybe decrease the dmg on it since you also have the inflict going. It seems to be a lot of investment in powers.
I kind of like that its weaker, but its a good idea to either array or remove the damage effect to free up the 15CP (might go with removing it to make the power less effective than the teleport version
Any thoughts as to where any freed up points would best go? Where is Whisp weakest?

As promised. This build (if OKd this is my absolute last!) sees Whisp flying around as a ball of light and then attacking via the teleport/attack method. I see her having to end the teleport in her normal (human) form. If it's OK the range of the area attacks would be variable from 5x10ft. to 5x60ft. range, depending on how far she teleports. If this should cost CP to be able to do I will drop her flight speed or something else to free up the CPs.
Sorry for all the different builds. I really like this one so I won't do any more if its OKd.

Attention all PbP GMs and players: I have spent the past five days in the hospital, having pretty much gone from returning from Gen Con to trying to spend a day feeling better and then checking myself in when the pain got too intense. I had a few minor surgeries, and am recovering well. I apologize if my sudden departure caused any issue in any of the games I run or play in, but I assure you there was no way for me to communicate the issue (I don't generally carry a cell phone, and my daughter "didn't get around" to logging in and letting you know like I asked her to.) Please let me know my statues if I am playing in your game (and believe me I understand if you had to move on.) For players of my X-Men game, hope you're still around and interested.

Good to hear you are okay! We have gone on ahead and do chili pepper challenges :). I think I can speak for the rest of us to say that we really like how it is going and are glad to have you back when you are fit enough :).
I know how you feel about hospitals not letting you sleep. I was stuck in a room with someone who had pneumonia. Constant snoring, so loud :(.

The coming three weeks I will be traveling as part of a vacation (will tell where afterwards). Suffice to say my posting rate might slow down a little as I will only have my mobile with me and I thus can't do level up stuff very well.
